European appliances and granite bench tops in the kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment has a TV, VCR, stereo and a combined washer/dryer. Included with the apartment is off street parking for one car; and there is a swimming pool and picnic area at Harbour level. Its just five minutes walk from Kirribilli train station, buses and the ferry.

Once the booking is accepted, the apartment's Terms are agreed and received, please provide your credit card number & expiry date, 3 digit security number to us as well as a scanned copy of Photo ID being a drivers licence or passport that we will hold on file. A Refundable Bond of AUS $1000.00 will be held as a security measure and will be fully refundable bond during after your stay. This bond will be refunded within 7 working days after departure as long as there is no damages caused or additional costs applicable to guests booking.

The apartment is in a great location. However, the overall quality of the apartment was disappointing. Furniture, carpets and decoration were shabby, old and uncared for. If you're looking for quality inside the apartment, don't look here!

Grand 1BR Apt near Sydney Harbour

I wasn't happy with the service considering how expensive the apartment was. The original place I booked was given to somebody else so I was given a different apartment with no compensation offered. I asked for 2 hours late checkout which was denied. I did not feel valued as a customer despite advising the realtor I would be visiting Sydney at least every year. They basically said they had enough regular customers so didn't do anything to honour the original address booked. The view was good, but for the price and bad service, I don't think it was worth it

Cozy St Leonards Sub Penthouse

Fantastic location, fantastic view and super facilities. Everything worked out well with servie, parking and picking up the key. This appartment will definataly be in our mnds when we visit Sydney again.

Cozy St Leonards Sub Penthouse

The views from the panoramic lounge window are absolutely stunning. The apartment was scrupulously clean, even though the decor and furnishings were a bit "tired" looking. The apartment was well equipped with all the appliances you are likely to need. The location was perfect with one minute to the railway station, supermarket and quadrangle containing numerous little coffee shops and cafes - ideal for breakfast. Highly recommended.
