* BEDROOM
1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm (1 mattress / 2 blankets), 2 bedside tables with reading lamps beside the bed. Mattresses, blankets and pillows are provided with covers to be able to guarantee optimum hygiene. (With the arrival of the guest beds are already occupied, of course).
If needed: I also prepare an Extrabed (80x200m) for you.
* LIVING ROOM
The living area is furnished with a sofa bed which provides additional sleeping space when needed for two people. (Sofabed with mattress!!)
The living room provides a flat screen TV, a radio (with iPhone docking station) and a small Berlin Library with guidebooks, entertainment and shopping tips, cycling map and city map of Berlin.
There is plenty of room to relax after a long Berlin day or an ideal preparation for the next day in the capital.
A DVD player with a selection of films in German, French and English as well as various board games for young and old you are free to use.
WiFi / WLAN is available to guests at no extra charge!
*KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette. This offers a refrigerator, stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, dish towels, dish soap and sponges.
All the important items for a nice breakfast, for long evenings cooking or preparing a quick snack between meals. Meals can be taken in the kitchen or at a large dining table for up to 6 persons where guests can cozy get-together.
COFFEE & TEE coffee filters, creamer, sweetener, sugar and spices, vinegar and oil are the basic equipment of the apartment kitchen.
*BATHROOM
The bathroom with bath tub provides enough towels, toilet paper and hand soap. A hairdryer is available to guests.
*HALLWAY
The hallway offers two large wardrobes for clothes and luggage space.
A wardrobe with large mirror has space for coats and shoes. An umbrella and slippers are available there for you.
