House rules

No smoking, no party with more than 5 or 6 people and no later than 11:00 pm.
Respect of nehighborood and call us in case of troubles concerning your staying in the flat: we will support you as long as we ask you to support us with good behaviour in our flat ;-)
we will provide you with some advices and materials in order to allow you to have the best staying you can have (where is the supermarket, emergency numbers, what need to take the public transports and so on).

Very nice basic apartment, near the metro 5 stops from the duomo! Good order, very quiet. Only if you have a small bathroom with 4/5 people are. For the rest more than ok!

Good location from which to visit the city to visit for a weekend. Metro is on the doorstep. Great beds, also with zn celebrate doable. Shower not very clean and it's quite a dark apartment. Too bad we had to leave at 9 am instead of 11 hours.

Nice small appartment near metro station. Fast free Wifi available. Complete kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Host Nicola speaks fluently Italian, very friendly andere helpfull. Not much parking place available.

Very nice apartment, located in a quiet courtyard, not in the center, but it is rapidly on the Metro everywhere. The host is friendly and reliable. Everything was fine.

Flat nicely furnished, equipped and well located. It made for a nice stay in the city. The host is easy to deal with and always helpful. Recommended!
