Wohnung selbst war nahezu ok., liegt wunderbar ruhig, schön zentral und war leidlich sauber bis auf die Spuren leichter Abgewohntheit (fleckige Wände, lückenhafte Lichtquellen, fehlten die Birnen). Weniger gut allerdings: Die Ausstattung ist mehr als kärglich: fehlende Teller, keine Weingläser, nur ein einziger Becher, angeschlagenes Geschirr, Besteck wie in irgendwelchen Zeltlagern des CVJM, warum es da einen Geschirrspüler gibt, bleibt als großes Fragezeichen, KEINE Erklärungen zur technischen Ausstattung (Heizung, Safe, TV, CD-Rekorder, Wasch- oder auch Spülmaschine, keine Hinweise irgendwelcher Art zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Müllentsorgung oder Mülltrennung. Schlecht auch, dass man sich den Schlüssel in irgendeinem versteckten Büro abholen muss, dann erst zur Wohnung fahren muss. Und keine Einweisung zur Wohnung erhält und noch ein Schriftstück, was alles bezahlt werden muss, wenn das und das nicht so oder so gemacht wird! Und: WO ist Maria?????? Spülmaschine gibt

we waren aangenaam verrast toen we ons appartement zagen het zag er fantastisch uit ruim, schoon, mooie badkamers lekkere bedden.Over de organisatie niets dan goed zij hebben ons fantastisch geholpen onze dag naar auswitch geregeld het liep op rolletjes.Ook de taxi naar het vliegveld hebben ze geregeld.Alles ging op de tijd die afgesproken was.Ook gaven ze tips voor lekkere restaurants.We hebben 5 fijne dagen gehad en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar Krakow is een prachtige stad met zeer vriendelijke inwoners. We geven het een 9!!!!

Hello to everybody! The appartment itself is perfect: clean, calm, convenient. It is situated in the real centre, close to the main places of interest.
The host is local agency ApartmentsApart. They have their own rules and features. For example:
1. it was written in voucher that you have to visit the agency office to receive keys. BUT! If you want to arrive directly to the appartment - you have to ask for "online check in'. When I asked for online check in I was told that for this appartment this service is impossible. It was not convenient.
2. we were asked to call to ApartmentsApart about our arrival time. Nevertheless the girl from ApartmentsApart wasn't in time in the office. We had to wait for her. The procedure of check in took more then an hour.
3. There is the rule of payment: Wimdu will pay booking to ApartmentsApart only 24 hours after the guests check-in successfully. BUT! While check in ApartmentsApart were eager to receive total deposit payment from us despite the fact of total payment to Wimdu service (we had a letter from Wimdu with us).

Ofcause these are some small challenges and we have managed successfuly. And Wimdu support helped us with these facts.
I think that all the other people have to know these tips and tricks.
