Really great stay in Shanghai. The apartment is great. We were three guys pretty impressive and we really loved it. There is storage space and everything is clean, the wifi works very well, the apartment is just opposite the metro which serves the entire city very quickly, with mall restaurant just below niquel really. In addition, Anthony is very pleasant, he answered all our questions and was there when it was needed. We really recommend this apartment.

Apartment was very small but mostly clean compared to another apartment we stayed in at the same price. The loft bed was big enough for two young children. The main bed was big but the mattress needs changing. We had internet which was great. The kitchen was tiny and unfortunately had nothing to cook with. We had to buy utensils, a knife, plastic plates, etc. Not very useful if you really want to eat in. Washing machine in the bathroom was very useful. No dryer so we used the window ledge. Good shower. Good location - next to the metro, large Carrefour supermarket and shopping mall across the street, starbucks, as well as a large food court. Apartment cleaned daily - I mean garbage taken out and toilet paper changed. Overall good experience.

Not very clean, sheets and towels torn carpet very dirty. Placed well 100 m from the metro and a supermarket. ;-) Household every day. Good value for money (if not required!)

Shanghai Bund View Shanghai Apartment 2

The apartment was not identical to the images displayed Wimdu. The view was not Waibadu (Garden) Bridge, but you could see the Huangpu and Pudong direction and the terminal for cruise ships. It was in the 18th Floor and was small and very worn and had mainly a rather filthy carpet in the living and sleeping area. The sofa in the living room and its reference and the blanket thrown over invited not really a nice place to relax, it was a bit grubby. TV we did not use. The kitchen also, not even for making tea. But everything was available as shown. It was more like Chinese hygiene standard, we would have stayed longer and have breakfast in the apartment wanted, then we would have only once done a thorough cleaning of the equipment and dishes. The bathroom however was very clean and everything worked flawlessly. Towels were changed every day and replenished toilet paper. The bedding was fresh and clean. The mattress (there was no bed frame) is located on a drawn in the space platform without standing height (about 1.10 m to the ceiling) and it therefore had to "crawl" into bed. There is no closet. Wifi worked flawlessly. There was code in the keys. Although the air conditioning worked, but it did not really clean impression on us, so we skipped it and at night rather tilted the window, which was indeed loud, but bearable for us. The location is good and it is good and 5 min walk to the Bund. The nearest subway is, if you arrive with a large luggage too far away, so absolutely arrival by taxi. Therefore please inquire with the landlord, the Chinese address to show to the taxi driver. Since we have only 3 days used the apartment and especially just to sleep and shower there were, it was ok for us, especially for the price. In the same house (northern part), the 4-star hotel is overhauled and is currently closed. Obviously, however, the conference rooms are used and therefore the hotel reception is open until the evening. Most apartments (over 250) in the House, however, seemed inhabited, one often met someone in the elevator or entrance. Access to the house itself was secured code, the door to the apartment was with electronic access card. Small shops to basic services and food stalls are in the same street. We especially enjoyed the course, which is in a hotel room and the middle price category is not so. At the table you could sit well. The big windows and high ceiling height making the apartment bright and it was not stuffy.

Shanghai Bund View Shanghai Apartment 3

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights for the F1 Grand Prix weekend, a good location, short walk to The Bund, around 15 minute walk to the subway. The apartment we had was on the 18th floor, I'm guessing different apartments are used as ours was similar, but not the one in the picture. Slightly different layout, a dark blue carpet, and the view wasn't the one we had, as we were around the opposite side of the block. You could still see the river, and buildings around - although the windows were extremely dirty, you couldn't see the view to it's full potential, and made the apartment feel a little dirty. We were out most of the time, so it was ideal for what we needed, and a good base.

The apartment is highly recommended. Although the place is quite far with the nearest metro, the long walk we had is worth when we arrived the apartment. The place was very clean and they change towels everyday like in a hotel. Very happy with our stay.
