I offer one new style just renovated all inclusive room that gives you a lot of privacy (you just need to bring your toothbrush:). Every furniture has her purpose and utility. There is a cupboard for your clothes, a new glass table, a smaller cupboard for other stuff of yours, a air-chair to relax, small or big lights, fresh atmosphere and free space between, to feel relax. Plus, we just bought for you a brand new double sofa-bed. The room is directly connected to the bathroom, the toilet and the kitchen, just like a one room apartment (you don't have to cross our room at all). You will receive at first your own house key (that hopefully will be used only during your staying:).
The place is great for sightseeing: metro, bus and tram are just around the corner, the lovely Schönbrunn Castle with his famous gardens and the Vienna Zoo are at just 10 minutes walk from here. Also the Technic Museum is literally around the blocks.
We live at only 2 Metro stations away from Main Vienna Railway Station, a 10 minutes direct connection by metro to Stefansplatz (City Centre) and a 45 minutes to Vienna Airport. Additionally, in just couple of minutes one can find cheap priced supermarkets and an old known Food Market (Meiselmarkt), with fresh products from al around the world (fruits, vegetables, meat products, etc).
About breakfast we can talk when you arrive here, I might not always be able to offer it.. You will have your own place in our fridge and a food deposit place, acces to washing machine and to all our stuff in the small but quite kitchen (please clean it afterwards:)). I provide fresh bed clothes, towels, toilet papier, soap, welcome drink, fresh tap water (Vienna has one of the best in the world), and any other normal daily life auxiliaries that may not cross our minds right now, inclusive free house sleepers (you can actually take them home afterwards, as a souvenir, if you cannot simply leave them behind).
I live at the 3rd floor and there's no elevator...but I urge you to ask to help carry your luggage upstairs! The building is new style (1970's), and everything (eg heating system) works very well (new windows, doors, floor etc)!
A mattress can be added in the room, then a third/fourth person could also be hosted with no problems:). And now, for hostel fans who do not mind sharing a bed or a mattress, even a 4 group can live for few days, there's no problem.
I am an openminded person, with a lot of travel experience all over the world, in kind of alternative ways. In the house English and German are spoken fluently. Also I can try some French or Spanish entry level skills :). Since a lot of time I am living in Vienna, I can also try to be an alternative City Guide for you, at request. As an extra bonus, I can offer, when possible, a bike for city drives. You will have in your room a nice framed Vienna City Map, a Bike City Map, a small City Center Map with the main touristic places. Chupa Chups are on the house, they are waiting there for you to enjoy them.
As there is No Smoking Policy in the house, I managed to create just couple of stairs up from the apartment door, in the stair-hall, a small intimate place where one can smoke. You are welcomed to have your morning coffee and a cigarette accompanied by a small table, ashtrays, matches and even, when wanted, couple of wood chairs. Its all for free and does not affect the neighbors, as there is nobody living in the area. Plus, the outside window is always open for fresh air and you can even enjoy between other buildings a small landscape of the Schönbrunn Green Area. Or, if you prefer a small physical exercise, you can also smoke in the nice internal garden than our building construction is providing. No problem.
We like to take our guests for a nice overlook at the famous Schönbrunn Castle and Gloriette up from our roof. Please do not be shy and don't forget to ask us to take you there. One cannot see the City Center, of course, but can have a nice 360 view with minimum effort. And again, as long as its or free, why not trying.
