Nice and Cosy Parisian Studio

We have a four months trip in Europe, and this is our first stay. France has her holiday during our stay and we cannot meet her. At the beginning, it is difficult as we don't know French. France left the key to her neighbour but we cannot communicate. Finally, everything is fine. This is a small apartment located in the city. It is very comfortable and we have a very good stay.

France has proved to be always very helpful and offered to store our luggage before check-in to help us avoid the costs of guarding the station. Excellent communication, either via email or phone. Cute little apartment in a secure environment. Perfectly adequate for a week. Bathroom is very small and cramped. Also on the loft bed is little room for improvement. All in all good value for money. France Thura is very nice and helpful. Thank you very much

We liked it. Plus: The apartment is small but really efficient and clean with nice pictures on the wall. France is nice and gives good information. Lot of books about Paris. The neighbourhood is oke . Minus: The sofa is a bit small for a bed and a bit dusty. The bed is short and really very near to the ceiling !

We have spent great days in Paris. France was very friendly and helpful. The studio is very clean and functional. It is located in a quiet and safe residential area. Gibts shopping nearby as take aways. Only the sofa bed is not very comfortable, but for two to three nights is fine. The bed is very comfortable.

France was a wonderful host with a great place. The apartment was great for our 3 night stay as it is close to 2 metro stops. It's just a quick ride to see all the sites in Paris. France was also accommodating when we wanted to leave very early in the morning on our day of departure.

Average apartment, not too bad location, attention by evening against the neighborhood is not very well attended, many pickpockets. We have not had any luck at times, we had access to the apartment to make and from 19h to 11h keys. The apartment itself is very well arranged. Do not expect to watch TV it is hooked to a wall perpendicular to the bed / couch it that you see nothing. The second sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult (half foam / half wood). The host is nice otherwise.
