This luxurious fully furnished penthouse apartment is situated on the top floor of an elegant building with 2 entrances, has a concierge service 24/7, a security system and cameras.
There is a terrace with a view that overlooks the beach of Ipanema and the lively "Praça General Osorio. You can also see the Christ Redeemer and the Sugar Loaf.
The penthouse is a duplex with 3 bedrooms complete with quality bed linen and towels.
There are 3 great bathrooms with marble flooring from Carrara attached to each bedroom!
The appartment is in two levels, the ground floor and the Mastersuite level. On the ground floor you will find our fully equipped kitchen , living room, tv room ( or third suite), balcony, single bedroom, second suite and the two bathrooms of the suites.
And of course free internet wi fi very fast, internet tv, phone, intercom, etc.
On the Mastersuite level, you will find privacy and quiet mixed in a Master confort.
You'll have air conditioning (with remote) for all the bedrooms, 3 Cable TVs, access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen (except dishwasher), laundry room with washer and dryer, parking in garage, quiet and highly secure for your safety!

There is a sunny terrace overlooking the beach and mountains, a pool, sauna, fitness room (bathroom, shower room, dressing), mini-kitchen with refrigerator and ice, Relaxation room with cable TV, armchairs and sofa.
This common area exists on the roof top only for those who has a "certificate of health", everyone wants to ensure the health when using a swimming pool, sauna and a gym where other unknown people use it, for this reason we ask a simple letter from your doctor stating that you do not have any infectious disease that can infect others.
The statute requires all tenants of the building without distinction to bring a medical certificate if they want to use the pool. This fact helps to prevent a crowded pool, also because it is strictly forbidden to invite people who do not live in the building at the pool.
