Really very quiet residential area and within easy reach, supermarket on the way to Metro apartment. Very nice owner, very new and clean everything - to recommend any time. Arrangements have worked perfectly. Price-performance ratio!

Our accommodation was perfect. It was exactly as we had imagined from the photos and description. The children found the seat totally cool and using it actively. Everything went as planned. For me (mother) and the location was ideal, nice and quiet and easy to reach by metro. The children (11-18 years old) would have liked to have had a little more central. But it remains for the stay a memorable one

We were 10 girls and have rented two apartments (each for 6 and 4 people). It was great! The apartment looks exactly like the photos. Very clean, great kitchen and a nice bathroom. Also, the beds were great. We even had a terrace. Especially for large groups is highly recommended. It's all there, so you can cook well (stove, pots, utensils, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven). Just no stove. The apartments are located only 7 minutes away from a metro. The hosts were very nice. The only thing you could expose was a little bit of mold on the wall. But that was really just a small point. All in all, highly recommended!

We had a great stay, the apartment is really true to its description, very clean, spacious and well equipped. We were able to park in front of the dwelling without problem. The metro is 5 mins walk, very convenient to reach Paris. A very good place for a Parisian escapade!

It is a good place to stay for family holiday in Paris. The condition and furniture of the apartment are the same as viewed from the website. Most accommodations in Europe look old and crammed yet this apartment is so spacious and with a modern look. The shower is the best I came across during my Europe trip (including London, Lausanne and Interlaken). All the kitchen utensile looks new and very clean. It is convenient with amnities nearby and considering its cost, good value for travelling with teenager children.

Great new apartment, suitable for making super with 4 persons Paris uncertain. Metro station and shopping are close by when the little garden is still equipped with seating, you can even have breakfast in the sunshine.

Nice apartment, not completely ready but good to stay in. Friendly English speaking host. Easy to travel to city using the Metro.
