1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house. Smoking is permitted in rear of house.
2. Pets are NOT allowed.
3. Drugs are NOT allowed (this policy is fully enforceable and punishable to the fullest extent of the law).
4. There shall be no more than 6 overnight guests. People other than those in the Guest party set forth below may not stay overnight in the property (see page 4 for guest list).
5. There shall be no more than 10 people on the property at any given time unless written approval is given by owner.
6. No nude swimming.
7. Please be careful when using the swimming pool and use the diving board as intended. Use of pool is at your own risk. There is no lifegaurd on duty.An adult must monitor children under 18 years of age in the pool. Owner takes no responsibility for injuries sustained in pool.
8. The county has a noise ordinance; please keep the music volume down and absolutely no parties. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the home with NO refund.
9. Do not disturb the neighbors.
10. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.

11. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest(s). By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

12. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Please DO NOT remove any furnishings or property from the home. Please DO NOT sleep on the furnishings.
13. Only use appliances for their intended use.
14. Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in the DRIVEWAY only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

15. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
16. Fireplace: The Fireplace is NOT operational during this time of the year. Please DO NOT attempt to use the fireplace.
17. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for the damages.
18. The couches are not to be used for sleeping.
19. Please use side door for entrance with luggage and packages
