Modern and Homely studio in Le Marais

Very enjoyable stay, we will return!

We spent a wonderful Christmas in this lovely - and extremely well - studio in the Marais. The apartment is perfect for two, extremely well appointed - and very delicate. It is hopefully not the last time that we were enjoying the prospect of the Picasso Museum!

Perfect apartment in the heart of "le Marais" and yet very quiet. Within walking distance of Centre Pompidou, Bastille, Hotel de Ville, Picasso museum and subway station. Obese will experience some of the very small toilet, but for most this must go. Nice view of the small square underneath the apartment and the rooftops of Paris for you. Parking is not there! Nearby are two car parks (40 euros per day if you do not book in advance). We arrived on Sunday and that is not recommended: between 10 and 18 hours, the streets around the apartment car-free and bursting of the people. For there by yourself with your bags is not easy ... Either wait until after 18 h.

The apartment is located in a great neighborhood that offers many amenities (shops, cafés, restaurants, subway) is very comfortable, very clean and equipped with all comfort. The proprietaio Arnaud was very helpful. Should consider the provision of common scales. We were happy with everything, surely, we will consider the apartment for an upcoming trip to Paris.

Beautiful studio in the Marais. Very clean. Everything you need is available to the tenant. I would definitely return.

Very nice and clean place, practically equipped and perfectly located. The next time you want to visit Paris happily stay here again.

Ideally located in the Marais, very clean, with a comfortable sofa bed with a park across the street full of shops ... In short, the ideal in the heart of Paris.

The apartment is great, both for its location in the heart of Paris, and its comfort for 4 people: two double bedrooms comfortable and quiet

Good location - close to the metro, supermarket and restaurants. Nice layout - adequate for two adults and two children. The appartment unfortunately was dirty when we arrived. The shower was dirty and the drain was clogged.The kitchen had leftover food on the counters, the cabinets were not cleaned. We asked for the unit to be cleaned, and the owner was helpful to have the unit cleaned again right away.
