Stylish 100m² for up to 8 people in Tegel - Apartment 1304

We were a group of seven people and had a great weekend in Berlin. The apartment is spacious yet cozy. We immediately felt comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. We have in the house but only ate, but still in the kitchen, everything seemed to be present, what you need to cook. Key collection and release was smooth and the staff in the office very friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the apartment is the strenuous climb stairs, especially with heavy suitcases. In addition, during our stay was only cold water from the shower, so we had to dodge showers in the bathtub. The single beds in the upper part of the house were a little uncomfortable, but certainly passable for a few nights. The downtown area is quickly and easily accessible by the subway. We were very satisfied and would go back any time.

Very nice place. But we couldn't find the right door because there was no number on the door. And 95 steps up and 95 down is a lot!

Hello, we were from 18.05.2012 - 20.05.2012 guest in Schulstr. (Apartment 1304) ... The apartment is recommended it to fall further! The sofa we have not used but if you use these, 8 people have no problem to sleep enough space! The lounge also offers enough space for everyone! Solely the stairs to the 5th Stock are (no lift) with a lot of luggage is not necessarily enjoyable! The environment is not necessarily beautiful (in the middle of wedding), but you can reach the city center and the discos with the metro in 10-15 minutes with no problems! The subway is about 2 minutes walk away ... Conclusion: For this price, definitely not a bad choice!

Simple but spacious apartment. 5 minute walk from a subway station. Car is easy to park in the nearby parking garage which includes a large supermarket is present.

Nice apartment, good location. Everything fitted perfect for our family of 5. With the bus, stopping just in front of the building (Number 123) you get directly to Hauptbahnhof (S-Bahn, U-Bahn). We had great time in Berlin.

Friendly reception office, got a lot of info. Very spacious, clean, modestly furnished flat in cozy, predominantly Turkish neighborhood within walking distance of the S Bahn 8 and 9 Osloerstr. All districts of Berlin from the flat quickly and easily accessible by public transport. Car free street parking. Quiet in the flat, well furnished kitchen, all utensils (including corkscrew) present. Highly recommended!

Landlord did not checkket about working on the terrace was closed and we were therefore unable to use the rooftop terrace and was disturbed by the workers just outside the window from early morning. not good. Otherwise, nice apartment, good location and easy secure parking of car and bikes. Can be recommended if the works are completed. Landlord offered to pressure another occasion, but we chose to be in order not to waste time Africans. Note 5 floor without a lift, but no problem for us.
