The extremely popular The Centurion Hotel Holiday ResortTM in buzzing & upcoming cosmopolitan central Sea Point / Three Anchor Bay (1km to 3km from Cape Town & the V&A Waterfront & the 2010 World Cup Soccer Stadium) is 10 storeys high, north-facing, next to shops & restaurants and one block (3-minute walk) from the beach/promenade/playpark/jogging track, and the in-house facilities include a large sheltered sparkling sunny swimming pool with sea views, reception, 24-hr security & 24-hr concierge, passenger & goods lifts, hairdresser, & parking bays under cover.

The units are 3-Star quality (not grading), semi-modern, pleasant, self-servicing, non-smoking, and have TV with free M-Net & DSTV Premium Bouquet ("Cable TV") and Free Wifi.

Herein we offer a snazzy smaller Room unit 10 storeys high on the top floor, consisting of 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub & overhead shower, and having the best panoramic mountain & sea views. It also contains a microwave oven, fridge, kettle and crockery/cutlery/glasses for 2 persons, without cooking facility. (No lounge or kitchen)

Furnished in uncluttered minimalist style. ("Room 711")

Room 711 on Level 7 is 9 floors above ground level. The bedroom has west panoramic views of Lion's Head mountain, Fresnaye suburb & Sea Point suburb and excellent views of the sea on the right.

Breakfast (extra R30 per person) & other meals are available at many restaurants next to the building.

The promotional low daily rates vary from $34 to $162, depending on which season.

Calendar Rates for 18 December to 3 January are subject to a discount of 16% for a stay of between 5 & 16 nights.
Calendar Rates for all other periods are subject to a discount of 16% for a stay of between 5 & 13 nights.
Calendar Rates for all other periods are subject to a discount of 25% for a stay of between 14 & 20 nights.
Calendar Rates for all other periods are subject to a discount of 29% for a stay of between 21 & 29 nights.

The unit is self-servicing, i.e. it is not serviced daily by us. Cleaning & new towels/linen is done by us before checkin & after checkout only.

Our company manages Apartments in 9 diverse buildings in Cape Town.

Check-in (getting keys & directions to whichever building you have chosen to stay at), is from 4pm (or earlier if possible, depending on whether previous guests are departing from your unit on the morning of your arrival day) at our main Reception office at The Centurion All-Suite Hotel in Sea Point (close to our other buildings), irrespective of which building you have booked to stay at. Check-out is up to 10am (or later if possible, depending on whether other guests are checking into your unit on your departure day).

Checking out is very convenient for you and us, as it simply involves you leaving the key/remote etc. in the apartment and shutting the front door.

Directions for checking in (payment, getting keys & directions to whichever building you have chosen to stay at) : From N1 or N2 national roads or from airport to our main Reception office address (Nr 1 Frere Road, Sea Point) at The Centurion All-Suite HotelTM, corner of Main Rd & Frere Rd (above "KFC" & "RJ’s Grill Express Diner" & "Silver Moon" shops, in same block as “Clicks” & "Pick 'n Pay", on same corner as "RJ’s Grill Express Diner" & "Cafe Sofia"), Sea Point, Cape Town :

Follow national road signs to "Cape Town". As soon as you enter Cape Town, follow road signs to "Sea Point". When you see the ocean on your right, you will be on Beach Rd, from which you turn left into Rocklands Road, straight across Main Rd into Frere Rd past "Cafe Sofia" on the left-hand corner and drive into the first driveway on your right.

Please come to the main external reception which is on the short passage between the pavement and the tower of the building, not inside the tower, and check in only with Vassi or his assistants Vicky & Taki.

Table Mountain View Modern 2 Bdrm Apartment

Die Unterkunft in Kapstadt ist super! Sauber, sehr zentral. Direkt am Marktplatz wo täglich Afrikanisches Handwerk verkauft wird. Am Abend ein Glas Wein auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Tafelberg, ein Traum. Die Longstreet um die Ecke, da kann man gut essen gehen, nicht so teuer, wie die Waterfront. Sehr schön auch der Parkplatz im angrenzendem Parkhaus mit direkt zugang zur Wohnung. Schwimmen im Pool auf dem Dach mit Blick auf den Tafelberg, großartig! Im Winter ist es aber zu kalt zum schwimmen. Das Haus ist komplett bewacht. Aber eigendlich ist das in Kapstadt nicht so schlimm, man muss ja abends nicht allein spazieren gehen. Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern da, alles Top. War sehr schön!

Waterfront View Apartment 603 C.Town

Logement tout à fait conforme à la description, gentillesse de Vassi et de son équipe.
L'appartement est fonctionnel, dans un immeuble sécurisé avec gardien, situé à 2 pas du centre ville et non loin des autoroutes qui permettent d'aller explorer toute la péninsule.
Un très bon séjour, avec un seul bémol, le bruit de la circulation: à éviter pour ceux qui recherchent un séjour au calme...

Table Mountain View Modern 1Bdrm Greenmarket Place City Centre

We had a great stay at this apartment, and would certainly stay here again. A breakdown of the pros and cons:

PROS

- Booking was easy and communication from the owner was always quick.

- The price was great!

- The location was great. View of Table Mountain and right off of Long Street, close to restaurants and laundry, everything you could want or need.

- The apartment included all of the appliances you could need, as well as wifi which came in very handy.

- We felt very secure, between the front desk security and having to use a key fob to get on to our floor.

CONS

- When we arrived to pick up the keys nobody was there to meet us, even though we had sent our arrival details. Apparently an emergency came up, but it was inconvenient for us to have our cab driver wait the extra 20 minutes with us, and it cost us 100 rand more because we obviously had to give him a good tip for the extra time and wait.

- There is a window in the bedroom that opens to the hallway, where the light is always on, so the bedroom is never dark. Luckily we had something to hang over to help, but hopefully some blinds or something will get put over the window to help keep the light out.

- The toilet makes the most awful noise when you flush it, loud enough to wake up anybody that may still be sleeping, unfortunately.

- I had read that there is noise from the market, but didn't realize that it starts at 6:30 every morning, lasting until 9 or so, and it's not just voices, but clanging of metal as they set up their stands. It is quite loud and woke me every morning unfortunately.

Overall I feel that is was great value and like I said, we would stay here again.

Modern New 3Bdrm Glaston House Apartmt, City Centre

Buonisima solution for 6 people in the city center side street of the main street with shops and restaurants, parking very useful. Doorman and elevator. Inside more than comfortable with a bathroom for each bedroom and large living room. Wall with fully equipped kitchen. Excellent value for money.
