Cool Beach Apartment, Barcelona

Very nice host, but had higher expectations of the appartment. The appartment is probably fine for young people, who will mostly be out in the evening anyway, but i wouldn't recommend it for a family or older people. It is quite noisy during the night, the bed is not very comfortable and the bathroom needs some fixing. The location though is very nice. It is indeed just around the corner of the beach. Not far from the metro or busses ( and tourist bus ) but you can also easily walk from there to most places.

A simple, humble Furnished Apartment close to the beach of Barceloneta. Walk a few restaurants and shops can be reached, the metro station "Barceloneta" is about a 10 minute walk. From there, visitors are shown the city by a well-structured and quickly clocked underground network. (Note for night owls: Mon-Thu at 0:30 is closing, the subway stations are closed on Fridays until 02:00, Saturday 24 hours service.) The apartment, however, has its best days behind it and is in desperate need. So zBdie sanitary facility ("Bad" is an exaggeration) marked by black mold spots, the silicone seals are defective and seal the wet well to the living room does not seal properly. The sink is very mini, its use other than for hand washing, the wet cell is properly "under water". The walls of the apartment are longing for a new coat of paint and the furnishing shown in the photos is not quite match reality. Who falls into a deep sleep at night, which makes the noise on the street (late returnee, barking dogs, Gespäche the neighbors, banging doors and the noise from neighboring apartments) safe from anything. For more sensitive natures (noise and cleanliness), the apartment is not necessarily recommended. Conclusion: The apartment is fine for simple claims, but the price is measured by what is on offer, unfortunately not quite ok.

Simple small Apartment! The location is perfect for a city trip and beach holidays. The Host was friendly and the communication was easy. I can recommend this place.

Perfect apartment in an excellent location in Barcelona! Pretty much on the beach and also close to the old town. We have all the sights that are further away, visited by bicycle. An excellent vehicle for Barcelona!
