Room & own Bathroom

Nice room with private bathroom. We could even use the kitchen and washing machine. Moreover, the connection to the city and to the Camper Rentals (Britz, Maui, etc.) well and Kate a super hostess.

Kate was a lovely host. We realy enjoyed our stay at her comfy house. Thanks again dear Kate :)

We have had a very pleasant stay at Kate's place. It was very clean and the bad was very comfortable. Kate helped us out with everything (f.i. a card that we could use to travel by train) and a trainstation is nearby (5 min. walk). It takes a 15 minutes trainride to the center of the city. Kate is a very nice person who makes you feel at home immediatly. We would definately recommand staying at her place.

A very clean and nicely furnished rooms with private bathrooms. The great kitchen could be shared. Kate, the hostess gave us very friendly and has been in particular was very helpful, but not intrusive, for example if you wanted peace and quiet. "Hotel Kate" I would prefer any other hotel in Melbourne, if you do not necessarily have to live directly in the city center. A great value for money. The proximity to the metro was also very comfortable.

Kate is a great host and made me feel at home, and was very helpful with her extensive local knowledge and advice. Kate's house is very clean and my double bed was very comfortable. The house is located in a nice quiet back street close to middle footscray train station which is only 2 stops from the CBD so very convenient. I would stay again.

Beautiful well-kept rooms with ditto bathroom. We felt there very free and welcome. The city's location relative to the ideal by nearby train station. Nice and hospitable host. We enjoyed.

Localization authentic Melbourne for "normal living" good location to downtown. Rooms and bathrooms (new house is) very nice and well maintained very nice and helpful host and cuddly cat. Would have liked to stay longer!

Simple class Unterkunft.Tolle hostess, you feel good about Hause.Sehr location, metro around the corner, and Kate even gave us MetroCards! Everything just great and highly recommended!

Kate & Lucy are wonderful hosts - very warm, helpful & go the extra mile to ensure that our stay is comfortable. The place is very clean, convenient (walking distance to train station) but quiet & near to supermarket, eating places and others. How wonderful it was to enjoy a bath after a long day as the room comes with its own bathroom. Security is not an issue as Kate gently assured us. Thanks Kate & Lucy for a fantastic stay!

We had a great stay at Kate's house! We totally fell in love with our comfortable room and it felt like home. It is also a positive aspect that the metro station is very close. Kate is an awesome host and we miss her and her cat Lucy already!
