The place was great and well located. The care and kindness that Wolfgang and Adercio had with us mades us feel home and the breakfast... so carefully prepared and so delicious... we definetly wanna visit Cologne again - and now Wolfgang and Adercio too.

Absolutely Outstending: location, comfort, hospitality. Wolfgang is very welcoming and his appartment is very clean and nice. We've done all the city by walking! The appartment is located in a quiet street just next to the center and all animations. All is very close: bars, restaurants, shopping mals, museums and the most famous Cologne cathedral. If we come thext time to Köln, without hesitating we'll stay again here! Thanks a lot!

We spent three nights on Carnival with Wolfgang and we felt super comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean, cozy and just to feel good. The bed is a dream - rarely slept soooo good: D Wolfgang was super nice, had good tips for us and gave us the morning even greeted with a delicious cup of coffee! 1000 Thanks again for everything!

I felt very, very comfortable with Wolfgang and would gladly stay there again. The budget is top-maintained and very tidy, the room is friendly and quiet - and the situation is still "in the middle". The hosts have the right balance between good contact and retraction on it. Thanks again! K.

The room matched the description. It was all clean and tidy. I liked the central location very good. The hosts were very nice and gave gladly answer questions. I would not hesitate to book again.

Value for money top, rooms clean and well maintained as in the pictures, no shower in the room, but I find not bad, only criticism parking 500 meters away because right in the middle
