This quality split level apartment is situated within walking distance of Clovelly beach, Gordon’s Bay and Coogee. From the moment you enter this property, you will be overwhelmed by its ocean views through the glass bi-fold doors that open to the entertaining undercover terrace.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite bench tops, fan forced oven and gas cook top, and is fully equipped for all in house dining. The floors are Blackbutt timber and the apartment is air-conditioned. There is a sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests.

Downstairs, are two bedrooms each opening to a large balcony. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have built in robes. The bedrooms are serviced by a modern bathroom with shower. There is an internal laundry which has separate washing machine and clothes dryer. Ample storage is available.
Additional features include: Foxtel, Digital TV, DVD, CD player, security video intercom, car space for one standard vehicle with lift access to the apartment and there is some visitor parking.

A moments walk to delightful beachside cafes, the famous Clovelly Hotel and of course the cliff top walk to Bondi is a must do for out of town visitors or keen walkers.
Buses depart nearby to the Sydney CBD and Bondi Junction shopping complex is just 2km nearby

Had a great week at this apartment. Location was excellent for us as we like to walk and there was plenty of walks to be taken. The apartment had everything we needed and what a view. Peter was excellent in communicating with us and we would definitely recommend this apartment to friends. We hope to return someday. Thank you.

We decided to stay in Clovelly for our 5 night stay in Sydney as we were travelling with our 3 and 6 year old and wanted somewhere not too far from the airport, family friendly, close to a beach but still with good access to central Sydney, and this was certainly all that.
We arrived early in the morning but still the staff at World Apartments were happy to let us have our key on the understanding that the apartment would not be ready for occupation 'til later that day which was great as it saved killing time in that area. Parking near the office was a bit of a pain as we didn't know the on street parking rules, but we found a car park near a McDonalds just a short walk down the road.
The apartment was fantastic. It was clean, well equipped and suited us well as a family of 4. The living accommodation is the upper floor and has large bi-fold doors opening onto the balcony. The bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs with a useful laundry area. The bedrooms have access to another balcony although, as we did not want the kids to see that the doors opened, didn't go out. Thankfully there is no long drop off this balcony if a child were to escape. The view from the upper balcony was fantastic, and at sunrise was worth the money paid alone! A secure underground car park with lift access was great especially in the hot weather.
There is a family friendly beach just over the road that allowed the kids to swim in the sea quite safely. There are a few local places to eat and a small foodworks supermarket, although we found Coles at Bondi Junction offered more choice. The Seasalt Cafe over the road is open 8-4 weekends and 9-4 weekdays and the breakfast we had there was great, just wish they were open for evening meal!
We caught the bus into Sydney on a couple of occasions and on Sundays there is a special ticket for $2.50 each that allows travel on all Sydney buses, trains and ferries. The bus journey was probably 30 mins and saved parking.
Overall our time here in Clovelly was exceptional and I would not hesitate to book this apartment again. In fact I'm counting down the time until I get to come back!

Das Apartment war toll, der Blick auf die Skyline von Sydney vom Balkon einfach atemberaubend! Die Schlüsselübergabe (Abholung am Empfang eines Hotels) funktionierte unproblematisch.
Das Apartment selbst ist für 4 Erwachsene sehr geräumig und komfortabel, modern und chic eingerichtet, nur die Bäder stammen noch aus einer älteren Ära... müssten mal renoviert werden. Sehr gute Betten, Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Es war zauberschön! Das Quartier 88 Dowlingstreet im 4. Stock war phantastisch.
Der Blick über den botanischen Garten zur Skyline und bis hinunter zur Bridge und dem Opernhaus. Die Lage super, zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten im Botanischen Garten, trotzdem ruhig. Auch in der Nähe einige Perlen, wie das Tilburyhotel mit dem versteckten Dachgarten. Fingermans wharf mit den feinen Restaurants..
Zu Fuß auch gleich an der Bahnstation Kingscross über die Butlerstreppe.
Wir fanden das Quartier ideal für eine Familie um Sydney kennenzulernen. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und kein Tag war langweilig. Auch das Museum of NSW, der Park beim Governmentshouse, der Garten überhaupt! Wunderbar!!! Durch den Park war man aber auch gleich zu Fuß in the Rocks, also mitten im Trubel. Die Wohnung selbst gepflegt, geräumig, gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, auch die Küche sehr gut. Die Betten super, 2 schöne Schlafzimmer, ein sehr geschmackvolles Wohn-Eßzimmer, 2 Bäder. Herz und müder Urlauber nach dem Ausflug was willst Du mehr!

Central Sydney Studio Apartment

The location is very good. you can walk to most sightseeging points. But the appartment is very small ald old.
when we arrived the phone lay down on the floor amd the kitchen was dirty. the room is also very dark there is no possibilitiy for sunlight to come in. so you dont est at home because its really not nice. There is no possibilty for wireless. Also the owner wasn't really kind. we ask if you could check out a little bit later or if could
place our
baggage somewere. they just wrote back: "no", like in alot other situation. for that the price is really to hight also the cleaningfee of AUD 130 is way to
much for that little room.

Superbly Finished Executive Rental

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus, der vor der Haustür hält, bis zum Circular Quai. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Apartment with Roof Pool, Sydney

The apartment is in a good position, near the metro station, on bus routes, just a few minutes walk from Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, The Botanic Gardens and Central Station. Comfortable and well equipped though a bit dated. The weather was cold and the heating took a long time to warm the apartment up. The weather also meant we weren't able to take advantage of the large balcony. During our stay the hotel pool area was being refurbished but I'm sure it will be a great asset. There was nowhere to leave luggage after checking out, the hotel staff were friendly but we weren't treated as guests. There is a Thai restaurant on the ground floor which was very good.
