Ava is very nice and friendly and has everything well explained to us in the studio. The studio is quiet and central. It was clean and there is a dishwasher. It is a very beautiful place and it is not far from the sea and the flower market. The studio looks like in the photos. We felt very comfortable and would come again. Very nice little mini-studio with nice balcony, heating (hot) water also work very well. Very clean and quiet on the 7th floor of a modern building in the center of Nice. The sofa bed is very nice to sleep several nights. Ava even came to pick us up at the bus stop and always at our service, if necessary. Very friendly. We will return for sure!

Very charming apartment in the center of town. There is everything you need to, and the bed / sofa bed is the most comfortable I've experienced. Really good and better than a standard. bed. The apartment is away from the main street and is thus completely quiet. A lovely little balcony related to kitchen / living room is great for those hot nights. Very friendly host who speaks good English. And then there's walking distance to everything, ie. beach, market, shopping, etc.

We had a really great time in Nice. The appartment was very good: clean, well equipped and close to the beach, the old part of the city etc. Our host was very kind en helpful. Great place to be!

Everything as described and even much more and better. Really very close to the beach, market, restaurants. Not once did we had to use public transport. You can visit the nearby Monaco, Cannes, Ventimiglia and others town - only 20-40 minutes by train. Excelent place!!!

Studio very convenient, enjoyable and very clean. Placed in the center of Nice. Lovely owner and rider. I recommend this rental to my allowed to have a great time.
