Unfortunately we were not able to stay at this appartment as repair work was being done - got informed a few days prior to arrival. David organized us an alternative which worked out. The alternative however was in a slightly different location. Overall worked out.

an apartment in a perfect location in New York. Everything was there in the apartment. Only we could not turn off the heating was very hot and the AC roared very loud at night. But everything else was just neat and all present. What more could you want. We were so pleased and would rent again if we go back. Ingrid Hultermans and family (6personen)

Apartment in nice central location. Keys at another location. Apartment is very noisy, windows can not close, it's like sleeping on the street. Bring earplugs! Apartment is on 4th floor, no elevator. Good smooth contact administrator.

Apart L was as described in the announcement. At first glance, the building and the stairs are not very attractive and Vacation not super modern but we are not the hilton 5 star. Rather spacious, very clean and well equipped (although we have n ever had in this one). A large room, the other a little smaller but more than adequate, lots of storage. Ideally located on 53 Street and 3 Avenue to 50 meters from the subway. If you are staying longer in the center, you certainly do not you baladerez on third street and it would really miss something because there are enormously stores. Two stops in Times Square subway and very close to central park (do not be afraid to walk a bit). Therefore very well placed, with a little less noise than on Times Square, but still provide earplugs if you want to sleep because new york is very noisy at night. We will return to this problem without Apart for a future stay

The apartment was OK! Bathroom was a bit worn. Beds were good, we were 4 people. Good location, close to subway, many restaurants and shops. A little noisy but that is probably normal in Manhattan Settlement with Wimdu and hosts were good.

Apartment was clean and fine and location. We stayed there with 5 people. Bedrooms fine, just kitchen (with minimal counter space and without tables) and bathroom very small!

We had a great time in NY due in part to your apartment because we could share the joy of a family reunion with our son who is studying in New York. Apartment very well for a family (up to 6 people), very low and very clean, thorough cleaning before we arrived, disposable mattress cover on each bed ..... Good location for travel to different parts of the city. But beware input unrenovated a little off-putting (the opposite of the apartment), stairs very difficult for elderly or mobility hall. Noisy at night because of poor sound insulation glazing (myself out with a good pair of earplugs), more pressure relief valve starts regularly in the living room, is not surprising when you warned. Recommend;

I would like to have 2 sets of towels for 1 week !

Fairly large apartment for 5 people and conveniently located (near the metro, moma, and restaurants). Facilities a bit dated but absolutely not disturbing since we only came back to sleep. Very noisy nights, especially in the rooms. But pretty busy street so totally normal. Very friendly host and having met all our expectations.
