The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and utensils for six people, etc.

There is a Damage Deposit of 150 €. This deposit wil be return the day you leave the apartment.
The damage deposit shall be paid by the client in CASH upon arrival (please remember, NO CASH, NO CHECK IN!).

Call this Owner / Manager as soon as you arrive in Barcelona,. Remember to call one hour before arriving at the airport or main transport terminal / driving into the city, to arrange a check-in time at the apartment. Pablo/ Martin will meet you at this arranged time to get the keys.

- If you lose your keys there is a € 150 fee to change the flats lock.
- As we are not a hotel, towels and linens are not changed everyday.
- Any damages caused to the property during your stay will be at your responsibility and they will be deduced from the security deposit or paid in cash.
- Make sure not to hit or stain the walls with the suitcases, they are part of the agreement about damages.
- The owner is not responsable for any injury of the guest or his/her property’s loss or damage.

Nice apartment in a good surrounding. Lost of surrounding are and tapa restaurants. Metro station is near to this apartment and you can also take the tourist bus which is not far away.
