The apartment is located on the 2nd Floor of a well-kept Building at the Lietzenburger Strasse, - surrounded by beautiful Landscaping, which you can enjoy especially from the balcony. Only a few steps away from the apartment is the Wittenbergplatz. - There, adjacent to it, one will find the world-renowned "KaDeWe"-Department-Store !
In the center of the Wittenbergplatz, a historic Underground-Subway Station can be admired - 100 years old !!! - (built 1911-13), from where Trains can be taken to every possible Sight-Seeing-Treasure of Berlin and its Surroundings, be it a Museum, a Monument, or aConcert Hall.

Around the Wittenbergplatz, there are also numerous Cafes and Restaurants, which, on sunny or pleasant days, are placing quite a number of tables and chairs outside in front of their establishments. At times, hundreds of tourists-of all nationalities!!- can be seen sitting there, enjoying their dinners or just having a great drink.
Also, in the immediate area, a number of Supermarkets can be found, one of which, with the name of „KAISERS", also located at the Wittenbergplatz, is open until midnight.
When visiting the KaDeWe-Department Store, the experienced tourist will take the elevator immediately to the 7th Floor, because he knows that there, a Buffet is expecting him, - of the most distinguished Quality and Taste.
Only a few steps away from the entrance of the KaDeWe, Sightseeing- Busses are leaving frequently, inviting the Tourist to enjoy a Tour through Berlin. Looking west, or down the Tauentzienstrasse, one can see the "Gedächtniskirche" or Memorial Church. Just before the church on the right hand side is the EUROPACENTER, with a "IRISH PUB" located right inside. There, a live Band is playing every single night of the week!!! And let's not forget the large Water-Clock located in the Main-Hall, together with a number of Cafes and Restaurants, and some quite exciting stores.
To get to the Apartment, one takes the elevator to the 2nd floor. Upon entering the apartment, one immediately is taken in by its attractive and also friendly ambience. This was achieved through the selection and arrangement of its furniture, complete with a luxurious Queen-Size-Bed, as can be seen on the photos. Bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated. The Bathroom features a Shower and a Bidet!

Upon your arrival I could pick you up with my car from (preferably) the train station "Zoologischer Garten" , or any other train- or subway station, to take you to the apartment in the Lietzenburger Strasse, after you have called me, or sent me an SMS on my cell phone. Similarly, upon check-out, I could drive you back to a train station, if you wish. A Secured Parking Space is available and is included in the price.
