Cozy Studio Min from Shinsa Station

Great location and the room was great if you want somewhere clean, private and quiet to crash. It was fairly small, but most people don't want somewhere where they'll be spending the entire day! All my questions were answered quickly and efficiently and the hosts were really helpful and kind. I'd stay here again when I'm back in Seoul!

I stayed here for a month while transitioning between jobs and I really enjoyed it. The hosts were very gracious, kind and helpful. As others have said, the rooms are a bit small, so if you want to stay longer, I recommend renting a larger room as I did. The building is located in a very convenient location about 10 minutes walk to Seoul's famous Garosu-gil street, with many restaurants and shops. The 24-hr Tom & Tom's coffee shop, Pho Bay Vietnamese and Mandu restaurants right down the street were very convenient for those late sleepless nights of studying or completing job applications. I would definitely stay here again, as the hosts made me feel comfortable and welcome.

Kwang-eun was a very gracious host. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location of the property was very ideal within close proximity to the subway stations and public transportation. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a wonderful place!! Convenient and well located. The hosts are fantastic persons: friendly, helpful and full of good energy.

It was my first time in Korea and i came there alone. I took the cheapest studio for one person. Well, it is situated in perfect location, 10 min walk from Gangnam station and just a 2-3 blocks from Sinsa station. Very close by to Gangnam club street. The some of the studios are very very extremely small, so i just advise to check this out befoure booking. But the host was very friendly with everything. He speaks a lil english but pretty enough to communicate. I was very empressed with his wife, Mrs. Kim. She is rarely in the bulding but very intellegent and interesting to speak with. So a lil about small room-its pretty clean, got a TV with a few english channels. Not that sunny, couse the window is blur. Didint have the problemms with hot water and etc. It also have a closet, big enough to put clothes for 1 person. I also stayed a bit in bigget studio. It has a washing machine and a lil kitchen inside. But anyway for small room owners, they will be able to use washing mashine on the floors. The bulding also has a kitchen. =) Enjoy your stay in Seoul!=)

This is a fantastic place to stay! The photos of the room are accurate and I would say it's a great deal for the price. It's very clean and quiet. I should make special note of the owners. They were extremely welcoming and kind to me, and took the time every day to make sure I was doing alright and enjoying myself. The location is just off a major street and directly between two subway stations (on different lines), each about a 2 minute walk away. So getting around the city is incredibly easy. The area itself is great, with restaurants and store everywhere, and its just 5 minutes away from very trendy Garosugil area. Overall I'd highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again.

I apologize for the late comment, as it has been about a month since I left! The rooms here are really clean, bathrooms are well maintained (I really hate arriving somewhere to find an old, wore-down, and/or dirty bathroom). The room is a bit small, but is good for a short-term stay and in a good location if you want to site-see around seoul and only a short walk away from the subway. The owners are a married couple whom are very friendly, Mrs Kim can speak near fluent english, and Mr. Lee can communicate in english pretty well. They try to take care of problems quickly if at all possible, and are really friendly! Over-all, I had a pleasant stay here and would recommend staying here to just about anyone!

The apartment was very clean and the location is GREAT. It is just a quick walk to Gangnam or 2 stops on the bus. You can also walk 2 minutes to Sinsa station. There are restaurants, shopping, convenient stores also. You can also have your laundry picked up if needed, just ask. The shower of the apartment might be awkward if you have never used a combination shower / toilet, but eventually you will get used to it. I really don't think you can beat this location. It's also nice to not have to carry around a key, since the apartment building uses number pads for entry except for the main entrance which uses a IC card. Feel at ease when renting here. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Mr and Mrs Kim are the most helpful and warm persons ever. They took good care of me and did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is new and very clean with everything you need. It is only a 2/3 mins walk to Shinsa station. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Seoul this year and also recommend this place to all my friends. Thanks very much Mr and Mrs Kim.

I have done a lot of traveling through the years, but this was the first time that I was staying in one place for a month in a foreign country. My trip was business with a little bit of sightseeing along the way. The room was exactly as described with a very good internet connection. It is within minutes of Sinsa station and the Sinsa station express bus stop to Incheon Airport. It was very convenient for me to get around to many different areas in Seoul. The building is in a very quiet area with lots of restaurants nearby. Kim, who speaks very good English, and her husband were great help throughout my stay. They helped me find a cleaners, helped me with directions, etc. One day I had a problem with the internet and they had somebody there within an hour to fix it. That was very impressive! There is a possibility that I will be going back to Seoul for some additional work. If that’s the case, I will stay there again. I highly recommend it!
