Lovingly and tastefully furnished apartment in a central location, yet very quiet. Josiane is a super nice and helpful hostess, contact English worked perfectly. Sorry, we could use the last two days the small terrace just as the weather in April was not so good. Shopping, metro and bus links nearby. We would love to come again!

josiane is a nice, helpful host, the apartment is cozy and functional, the terrace is located Klasse.In close to good shopping. Supermarkets (also organic), bakeries, snack bars, restaurants all within 5 - 10 min. within walking distance. Following a stressful day a little oasis of tranquility in the urban jungle.

This place is a very fine place to be, with a nice owner to welcome us and a lovely mixed culture environment.Like to come back there next week!!!

This is a lovely little apartment in Paris. Close to everything like laundromat, grocery store and metro. It was so easy to take the metro to all the Paris attractions. Very quiet in the apartment, even though very close to a busy street (rue de Belville). The apartment had everything you would need like towels, toilet paper and well equipt kitchen. We stayed 5 nights and wished we had one more day to enjoy Paris. Josiane is very accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend this place for people looking for affordable lodging in Paris. This little flat is an oasis. 50 metres from the busy rue de Belleville, you might expect to be wakened by traffic noise, but it's birdsong you hear in the morning. The best possible use has been made of a small space and there's nothing missing that you might need. Comfortable bed, reliably hot shower, and a garden full of scent.

This charming small apartment in a lively Paris neighbourhood is an ideal combination of history (the house itself, some wood furniture), modern conveniences (fridge, stove, MW, TV), warm welcome from the hostess (friendly & trusting) & location close to Bus & Metro stops! The February weather was too cold for sitting in the garden, but it was delightful to look out onto it! We recommend this accommodation for couples or for small families, as it is good for both! The stay was perfect! The house is as it appears in the picture! It is easy to reach .. There is a metro station at the beginning of the road! The neighborhood is quiet and well organized: there are several brasserie, a couple of pharmacies, international restaurants, laundries, supermarkets ... The house is equipped with everything, the heating works fine and in a few minutes can heat the entire house .. The owner is very kind, friendly and super discreet .. Good choice, would stay there again:-D
