Parisian Studio in Trendy Marais

The contact with Arnoud was nice. He was very fexible with check-Inn / check-out. But we were very disappointed that he rent out a studio, if he know that there are problems with cockroaches. There were 5 cases for insects. The apartment was also not very clean (shower basin, toilet, under the bed, pot ...) The small beetles were not the main problem. We have heard a rustling at night again. During the week we saw a mouse and several cockroaches (kitchen table, dresser).

Excellent apartment. Cozy furnishings. Good quality / price ratio. Fairly close to metro station, bakery, supermarket nearby. We have had a great time and given to many of Paris. Very worthwhile.

Beste Arnaud & Roman Wat een prachtig apartment. Wij zijn zeer enthousiast teruggekomen uit Parijs. Werden wij op tijd in het apartment ontvangen Henry IV street. Ontvangst was vriendelijk. Apartment was goed schoongemaakt into bedden keurig opgedekt. Apartment is in werkelijkheid groter dan op de foto's you zien is. Inrichting is gezellig in kwalitatief goed. Inrichting keuken van is zeer compleet. Zelfs waren of basisprodukten om you koken aanwezig. Apartment is zeer praktisch ingericht in voor van Parijs begrippen zeer royaal opzet. Badkamer is mooi en zelfs luxury you noemen. Decoratie is leuk in mooi van opzet. Bedankt voor mooie said in rustpunt of Wereldstad parijs. Familie Klavers puts van twee meiden 14 16 jaar oud. We had a wonderful week in this beautiful app in Paijs.Metro Station on Anvers and Pigalle 100meter (= Moulin Rouge) at 500 meters. Everything works perfectly and linen was included. Wir haben eine had clean woche in diese schones app Paris.Die U bahn is Anvers Pigalle und nur 100 m (= Moulin Rouge) ist nur 500 m.Gegen uber das gut uber app puts eines had expected parking.Alles works like everything und fur schlaffen war dabei. Communication and reception were good. The location of the apartment is ideal,: only 100 meters walk from Jasmin Metro Station (line 9) in the quiet and upscale 16th arrondissement. Shops are within walking distance. We have the garden (furniture) to good use. We were 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 10 years. The size of the apartment we underestimated a bit. Our car parked in garage 5 days Porte d'Auteuil: EUR 50!! The apartment was fully furnished. The sofa bed was on one side (right) broke and the bed collapsed two times together. The kitchen - cabinets above - was not cleaned properly. Especially the mat for the sink was downright nasty. The shower was nice. The bath we did not use in hygienic grounds.

With our two children 18 and 14 years we had a great stay in this apartment. Location is great, close to several metro stations. Near nice restaurants. The street and you are at the Canal Saint Martin, very nice over there to walk along. Apartment tips: throw old plants and Christmas decorations (in May) away. A bit on the dusty side ... the rest just fine.

Wonderful experience. The house is in a good location, well served by public transport. The apartment is delicious!
