Cozy Apartment with two rooms

It was a nice stay, very centrally located in a cozy Apartment.Die landlords were very nice, everything went smoothly. We will definitely come back again.

We had our annual family reunion this time in Dresden and have us not least because of the price and the location of the apartment entschieden.Die small apartment is very comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay in Dresden. Vasily is a wonderfully friendly host, in which you feel welcome. In the 18th Century, people were just less than today, which also affects the construction of the houses. Thus, the apartment is great and nothing for physically disabled people. We were able to park the car in the yard and have made us walk Dresden. Excursions to nearby Neustadt several tram lines are available. In 10 minutes you are at the post office break room of the many lines in all directions. Kennel and Old Town are just a short hop. Another tip for art lovers! Uses the box office for the Green Vault otherwise the tickets are selling fast! Conclusion, we had a great time and the apartment can host including highly recommend! We are very satisfied after 8 nights in Vasilys guest apartment! It was a warm welcome with some good advice immediately. We were a-protected parking for our car offered that directly allowed behind the house rusting on, while we, due to the central, only on foot and by bicycle all reached: training center, jazz club ton, Theaterkahn, Semper Opera House, Residence Castle with green arches and the new Hall of Giants, Hercules club, new synagogue, Pillnitz, Pirna and many interesting evening, not overpriced restaurants. In Vasilys historic building the stairs are a bit narrower and lower ceiling heights, but that's what makes the charm of the old building from. The apartment was functional and fully set up for us, the living room we use as "closet". We have not cooked (except eggs for breakfast), because we had no time, would rather rumstromern. Next time we bring with us a kitchen radio, but that is more of our whim. Vasily gave us selling paintings Guest access for the Internet! Thank you for the trust! We were able to important information, via Dresden and our current plans are immediately present. His large collection of information leaflets which was ready for us, we did not need. A bonus, we do not want to keep secret: when we got home late at night, a nightingale sang in Vasilys garden!

We had a very enjoyable stay in Dresden, and our host and his apartment greatly contributed to the success of our stay. The apartment is indeed cozy and clean; it has all amenities we needed. It is located in easy distance to public transportation and even in walking distance to the center of town. Despite that convenient location it is absolutely quiet and therefore allows to have a really restful stay. Thank you Vasily. A super apartment. As I said, apartments. The house and apartment are cozy. There is a one bedroom with adjoining bathroom, still, however, a kitchen and a separate small living room (without bed). The ceilings are rather low, but from my subjective point of view that makes the whole thing rather cozy. Overall, everything was very tidy and the bed is suuuper. There is also a TV in the bedroom. = D Vasily tried to give our guests well. The location was great. In fact, there are max. 10 minutes that it takes to get to the kennel. Because it is across the street from the school of music by Carl Maria Weber. The connection is also great if you should come from the station. Only 5 minutes from the station Dresden-Mitte. Furthermore, there are 2 great restaurants. = D (host ask) just outside the center there is also good in peace. I would definitely book there again sometime, if I would be close to the city center of Dresden.

This apartment is very nice: it has all you need and all the equipment is new. Vasily, the owner, lives on the ground floor and he has been very friendly and polite with us. Thank you so much Vasily :-) The location is perfect too: you can reach all the importants sights on foot from this place. We descovered a beautiful city: Dresden is little but highly attractive! I absolutely recommend this apartment!

The apartment is very central. Many attractions can be reached on foot. There is a good vegetarian restaurant nearby. Vasily was very friendly and helpful. The communication before and during the stay was fine. We will gladly return.
