Cozy Double Room Near Aldgate East

The accommodation is well located, 10 minutes walk from Shadwell Station (DLR / Overground) plus a free bike station service just outside the building. The bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The balcony is nice, especially if you are a smoker. Commercial Road is, however, a way of fairly noisy traffic.

We have had a few wonderful days in London. Partly thanks to this fine residence. Very clean, tidy and very good location close to several public transport connections. We were very kindly received. This address we will remember for sure if we agree in London. Highly recommended.

The apartment had a very good transport links to the city and all other attractions. It is located in a larger city block and is a short trip to London in order. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean, and we found the bed very comfortable. I liked the down feather pillows. Room had a fridge, which was convenient for making lunches for work, and Wi-fi was ok too. Generally good. Only issues: the room faces Commercial Road, and it is very noisy. The shower head was cracked and two streams of water sprayed in opposite directions toward the ceiling. There's not a lot of room in the toilet and shower room, so you had to maneouver a bit.

The flat is very clean and comfortable. Is nearly the DLR station and a lot of bus stops are arround. I really recommend this apartment because the landlord is very friendly and not annoying, they allowed to us to stay 2 more hours after the check out and dont pay nothing. This has honestly been the best stay! Nice location and beautiful room! It was big and it was quite! It was so clean and everything needed for me was there! Nice cosy bed and big wardrobes me and my husband only stayed two nights and it was wicked! Most hotels or other properties come and harass you to check out but we had flexibility here and no one disturbed us! We had an amazing weekend here I would definanatly book here again! Ivanilda wasn't there but she had someone else he was a lovely man very welcoming and polite! He showed us around and he just let us stay without bothering us at all! It's nice to be somewhere and not worry about them coming in and harassing you to leave! It was such a nice room and spacious! To be honest I wouldn't say they need to improve on anything because I think everything was perfect! Some hotels or properties the water and heating is cold here heating and the water was nice and hot! Everything was clean I would definanatly recommend anyone to come stay here and I myself would book here again and it's very affordable! Thanks alot

We didn't actually meet Ivanilda but was in contact with a guy called Marcus for help during the whole stay - he was very helpful in guiding us how to get to the place esp when arriving as there was track work and some lines were not in operation. The room itself was a bit cramped unless you have a small luggage bag only and appeared exactly like the photos shown. The cupboards were clean and had a good number of hangers, and the towels provided were clean and fluffy. The toilet and bathroom were very clean (and the bathroom heated!) and we had quiet and clean housemates so that wasn't an issue. The kitchen also had plenty of cooking appliances so cooking meals at home was a breeze. The internet connection was adequate, occasionally patchy. On the last day we had to leave our luggages for a couple of hours after check out and they were accommodating to allow us to leave it in our locked room as there wasn't anyone checking in after. Transport wise there was a bus stop just down the road from the apartment (15, 115, 135 brings you to at least Aldgate East station on the District line or to other stations beyond). About a 10min bus ride. Overall we were satisfied with the price and location of this place!

Bed bugs and had good clean beds and the bathroom and shower were fine (plenty of hot water)

Great apartment, great sleep!. Could well catch a bus from Aldgate East ... Long walk with your suitcase ... Bus 15, 115 or 135 stop right outside the door.
