Description
I rent a spacious and nice room in a modernly furnished and recently renovated historical apartment with laminate and stone floors. The apartment is 76m² and consists of 3 rooms; a spacious living room, a kitchen and a tiled bathroom with shower.
I am looking for young, open minded people, who are communicative, and whom I can cook with, watch TV or philosophize about life. About myself: I am 30 years old and work as a director assistant at the city theater of Stuttgart.
At the centre of Stuttgart lies its main square, Schlossplatz. As well as being the largest square in Stuttgart, it stands at the crossover point between the city's shopping area, Schlossgarten park which runs down to the river Neckar, Stuttgart's two central castles and major museums and residential areas to the south west. Königstraße, Stuttgart's most important shopping street which runs along the northwestern edge of Schlossplatz, claims to be the longest pedestrianised street in Germany.
At the palace gardens you can visit the Carl-Zeiss planetarium, the ‘Landespavillion,’ the ruins of the ‘Neuen Lusthauses’ or the ‘Schlossgarten’ lake, where you can relax at the café or beer garden with a nice cool beverage.
