Description
The apartment is situated two S-Bahn stations (Landwehr) or 3 subway stations (Wartenau) away from the main station (center). From each of the stations city bike stations can to be reached in 2-3 minutes. There are buses as well. You can also walk to get to the Alster (about 20 minutes, nice way along the canal). For motorists, there are parking spaces directly in front of the house.
The old building has been expensively restored; all rooms - apart from my bedroom - can be shared. In the living room you can watch TV (the guest room doesn’t have a TV), by agreement you can use the study room to access the Internet. The refrigerator in the kitchen is available, on request I'll get something and prepare a breakfast (plus € 5). Bed linen and towels are included. I am a non smoker, but I'm not against smoking, - the rooms are high, I have a fireplace, its flap is always open and therefore ensures a good air exchange. My little dog Anton also lives here.
