The apartment includes the following amenities and services:
1 bedroom with double bed,1 bedroom with a single bed and the possibility of another single bed (stored under the single bed), a large living room/dining room with dining table and a sofa bed.
2 Bathrooms - one with shower and one with bath/shower, gorgeous garden perfect to relax and enjoy of sunny days, with table and 4 chairs.
A well-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee-maker, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils, washing machine. Air conditioning, heating, TV, Internet WIFI, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and linen provided. Possibility of parking close to the apartment.

Check in & check out:
Check out must be maximum at 10:00 am, anyway the luggage can be stored until 09:00 pmon weekly days in our office. On your arrival day we will meet you in the apartment from 02:00 pm.
If your arrival to the apartment is later than 10:00 pm we will charge you 30 euros extra.
It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) after 09:00 pm.
Parties are not allowed.
Meetings in the landings or in the entrance are not permitted.
Always close the door to the street. It is important to ensure after entering or leaving that the door remains securely closed.
Do not open the door to commercial mail.
Do not leave trash bags in the landings or in the entrance. The trash should be left in closed plastic bags in the street in front of the entrance between the hours of 08:00 - 10:00 pm.
Smoke in the apartment is not allowed.
Lights and air conditioning:
Turn off the air-conditioning and lights if you leave the apartment.
The client if obliged to use the apartment only for the purpose for which it is intended.
Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents has to be reported immediately to the host. The client shall pay such damage.
The client has a duty to behave in a civic manner and to respect the normal co-existence rules. In the case that these general co-existence rules are not kept, the host has the right to demand the guests to vacate the apartment.
The host shall not be liable for any inconveniences which are our of its control. Also cannot be held responsible for theft/damage to personal goods or accidents resulting in injury.
Your credit card number will be used as guarantee in case of damages in the apartment during your stay. No charge will be done except if damages occur.
Anyway, we have the right to ask for 150€ in cash as a deposit that will be refunded to you the day of your check-out after a meeting in the apartament to verify that it remains in the same conditions that it was when you arrived.
