Bright and Spacious Room for 1 or 2 Visiting the Lower East Side or Wall Street Area of New York

We had a very nice stay at Toni's apartment. Toni is very hospitable and we loved the cats. The apartment is close to the subway (J train, Gates Av) and an easy startingpoint to explore the city. Every morning we had a nice homemade breakfast.

Our stay at Toni was really great class. We had a wonderful time in New York. The accommodation was fine, the cats very funny and Toni super nice. They helped us with many tips and helpful information aside. We can only recommend Tony as host. Thanks again Toni for the great time ...

Great place in the upcoming neighborhood of Bushwick. Toni was very friendly & helpful, we had a great time.

Nice place, we enjoyed our stay. The bedroom is exactly what is promised in the images, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment is situated very conveniently right next to the J line subway stop. The neighborhood might be a bit run down, but we never felt unsafe there. Toni is friendly, and and the cats got used to us, too. When we forgot some things at Toni's when leaving, there was no problem getting them sent to us.

the host is friendly and helpful, attentive to advise and support the guests, but the apartment is dusty and a little 'overlooked even in the kitchen equipment, the neighborhood is not friendly

We felt very welcome at Tonis place!! Manhattan is very easy to reach by the subway nearby within 20 minutes. The area is quite safe. We had a great time in NYC!

The room is very nice and comfortable as is the entire apartment. We felt 100% welcome and at home. Toni was the perfect host. She helped us with all our questions and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. Though we didn't spend a lot of time in the near neighborhood the J train takes you to Williamsburg in 10 and to Manhattan in less than 20 min. Overall very good value for the money.
