Security deposit is $400 USD (PayPal or other currency equivalent).
Process: Just email me with the dates that you are interested in. When you are ready, pay the full amount of rent (if a month or less) to hold the place. Provide me with your flights in and out. When payment is received, I will provide you with arrival instructions. When you arrive, we do a walk through of the apartment, sign a lease and do a security deposit/rental & key exchange. When you expect to leave the condo, I meet you to do a walk through of the apartment and a key & security deposit exchange.

Check-ins or Check-outs before 11 AM or after 6 PM may or may not be allowed but will require an additional 1000 NT (~33 USD) if accepted. I also ask reasonable use of all utilities, including gas, water, electricity and the internet connection.
