Description

House rules

1.) Please leave the apartment in a decent condition at the end of your stay.

2.) The check-out must be made no later than 12:00 o'clock noon.

3.) When moving out, please leave the keys in the bowl on the table next to the sofa, do not leave them in the letter box or do not leave them in the door lock.

4.) Please notify caused damages immediately to the host (+4915146516819).

5.)After using the iron, please empty the water and let the iron cool out, before putting it back.

6.)In the summer time please water my flowers on the balcony, thanks.

7.) The apartment is only for booked guests. The accommodation of strangers - without the knowledge of the host – is not allowed and will end your stay immediately.

8.) The apartment is to be used exclusively for your accommodation. Parties and excessive noise are not allowed.

9.) Please respect the neighbors and avoid noise between 10.00 pm and 6.00 am.

10.) Smoking is only allowed on the balcony - not in the apartment.

11.) No pets allowed.

12.) The computer and the Wi-Fi in the apartment are only for emails and internet search, downloading films or watching children’s porn is strictly forbidden. Changing the software on the apartment’s computer or downloading software is not allowed.

We provide you an affordable accommodation with high standards, and would also like do so for following guests. The violation of the points 1 - 12, means the immediate ending of your accommodation and suspension for future bookings.

My cleaning service also handles the check-in, handing over the keys, explains the details of the.

Upon arrival at the front door, please ring the bell for LESNY 3 times, the apartment is located at the back on the 7th floor, 1st door on the left. If there are delays at check-in, please notify urgently Mr. Sven Hausmann, telephone: +49 17622315196. If not, there will be an extra charge payable directly to the cleaning staff.

Check-ins after 8 pm have a surcharge of 30 Euros, payable directly to the cleaning staff.

The house rules with my mobile number and the codes for the WiFi are in the apartment on the desk.

When moving out, please leave the keys in the bowl on the table next to the sofa, do not leave them in the letter box, do not leave them in the door lock. Then just pull the door and make sure it is closed.

We enjoyed a most excellent stay at Thomas' apartment. It was spotless, with a cute terrace and plenty of light. Well-stocked kitchen, hot water, and a very comfortable bed and sofa. The apartment is centrally located and just a short walk to the subway. Thomas was a gracious and very hospitable host, responding to our every need and question. We would recommend booking with him without hesitation.

The apartment is great for 2 people for a shorter (or longer) stay. Located very central to everything in Berlin and only 2 min. from the U-Bahn and purchase of daily necessities at Kaiser's (local supermarket) at the U-Bahn. Friendly and simple decor with a beautiful view over the rooftops from the small balcony and from the apartment. Everything worked perfectly in the apartment and linen etc was tip top. It is a very quiet part of town and the other residents in the complex we do not hear much. Annette and Christian Bang

Very central location in the Schöneberg area of Berlin, clean, nice, well equipped and quiet studio with a little balcony which was perfect for breakfast and a beer/drink in the afternoon. U-bahn station at Nollendorfplatz just around the corner, and supermarket/restaurants/bars and clubs nearby. All in all very good value for money.

Thomas The apartment is very well located on the U2 line) (a few steps from the station) and can quickly reach all destinations. It is very central. The environment is quiet. The apartment itself is fully consistent with the description, clean and extremely confortable.La terrace is very nice and overlooks a park, very pleasant to take his breakfast in the sun. Thomas is a very efficient and friendly host. Everything happens very simply and clearly. I highly recommend this place. I will certainly return on my next trip to Berlin.

The apartment very nice, comfortable, clean, and great location as it's next to a Metro stop with 4 lines, supermarkets 2 minutes and plenty of choice of restaurants. Although the hallways of the building entrance and a little scared, the apartment excellent.

Nice and big apartment, everything you need is there and its quiet. Thanks to the public transport around the corner you travel easy in the city. Also the 24 hours supermarket is close to the apartment, 5 minute walk. There are many restaurant's in the area. The apartment is Highly recommended.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Berlin is centrally located but very quiet! I can highly recommend this property and would book again in the future with Thomas! Also the communication with Thomas did not leave any questions!
