Cozy Studio close to Gare du Nord

Smooth transition and contact, very friendly owner, all in all very OK. Good value for money! Area around the Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est is a little rough, but we knew that before ... For 5 days stay in size OK for four people (2 adults 2 children) - for longer holiday could tiny bathroom that is so tight that you can not fall over then be annoying ... Otherwise we a super stay and would come back any time. Thank you!

We (2 adults, 2 children) were satisfied with the apartment on the whole: a central, easily accessible location (close to train station, walk to Montmartre) but ground floor and only one window. Mini-suite bathroom with toilet. Kitchenette was a bit dingy, the beds were good, warm blankets (it was autumn). With a little improvisation, the one-room apartment is very cozy. Good shopping and good pizza with reasonable prices around the corner.

Transfer worked fine. Studio very cozy and clean. But at night rather loud with earplugs but slept well. Price / performance is very good. Come back. Thank you.

Even if the studio is not situated in heart of Paris, you can easily travel anywhere, since several Metro station are not far and Gare du Nord offers a lot of bus, train, RER and Metro connections. Shopping makes no problem either. The studio is clean, we had no security problems, the city noise is typical and not especially oppresive. The room itself is not large, but it is not tiny as well. We had some problem with getting there with our child's pushchair since the entrance is narrow, but after detatching side wheels we did it. The kitchen offers everything that is necessary. The bathroom is really tiny, a kind of airplane lavatory... I felt the downstairs bed comfortable, but my wife was not fully satisfied. We haven't tried the upstairs one. We had some troubles with the contact with the host via e-mail (late answers or no answer at all), but there were no problems with phone calls.

A good place to us as "new" Parisians came primarily because of its location close to Gare L'Est handy. The apartment was clean, beds ok. For the few nights of our family also meets the very small plumbing. We will contact you again. Thanks for some wonderful days in Paris. The apartment from Arnaud & Romain is a perfect one! It is clean, warm and the beds are very large! There are a lot of metro, RER and train-stations around it! And if you have questions you can always contact Arnaud! We had a great time there. Salut!

The apartment is in a good location for both the metro and for other services. However, there are many drawbacks: 1) The owner has not given us impression of being reliable because: arrived half an hour late, because of an error. It has told us about an hour before our departure at what time to leave the apartment, even though we had asked this a day before without any response from him. 2) The bath is very small, uncomfortable for both the use of the toilet is for the shower. 3) The plates for cooking make the light smoke and one of these heats little.

Very good localization and very, very comfortable beds;)
