Sunny 1Br Recoleta Lovely Terrace!

Apartment very nice and well equipped. Well located in a quiet neighborhood. Mateo Manager and Oscar the owner, very available were kind enough to comply with our schedules domestic flights pretty late and did everything to make our stay great. Home very nice. We highly recommend.

We lived centrally and had a lot within walking distance if you have a tendency to move. Interesting city with many beautiful buildings from the good time of 20 - and 30 centuries. Now, unfortunately, a lot of maturity with many beggars and large slums. The gaps are large and there are many people who are very rich with nice cars and apartments in stylish house. Nice restaurants with good service and delicious steak, but the relatively high price level.

Mateo's apartment is conveniently located near major parks of Buenos Aires but also subway and bus lines. We were able to visit different neighborhoods of this great city. Our host was friendly and the service personnel of the building.

Wife and I liked this compact but not squeezed 1 br on Cordoba: excellent location. Clean (just a little bathroom touch-up needed) and bright. Cooking equipment minimal, so we (who like to cook) had to struggle a bit. Mateo and his assistant Kurt promised to tell owner about these quibbles. Comfortable beds. Apt on the 8th floor. There's a little noise from morning traffic but we prefer that to shrill alarm clocks. Excellent heating and AC. WE got this place after leaving one that was filthy (provided by another online agency), and both Mateo and Kurt worked overtime to get us together and make a last-minute deal, despite much interference from my computer problems. Next time I need an apt in Buenos Aires, I'll go to Wimdu and check all of Mateo's properties first, because I know he's trustworthy and reliable. Very fair price.

It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment of Mateo. The apartment is in the center of Buenos Aires and it's very helpful to visit the city. There is all what you need: kitchen, internet, tv... It's a little more expensive than an hostel but it's better because you are like at home !! Moreover, Mateo is a really nice person !
