The apartment is perfectly located at the Teltow Canal, which links the rivers Spree-Oder and the Havel. Furthermore the Mariendorf Park is nearby, which offers great recreation in a metropolis like Berlin.
Many sights like the former Airport Tempelhof and the Ullsteinhaus are in walking distance. The Apartment is surrounded with many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, markets, theaters and museums. You will find everything in very close walking distance. And if you like to visit other sights and places in Berlin, you can easily use our public transportation system, which brings you everywhere in minutes.
We are conveniently located at a subway station and bus stop. Furthermore the S-Bahn is within easy reach. The subway line U6 gives you convinient directions to many sights and places in Berlin. You can easily reach Checkpoint Charlie and the historic boulevard Unter den Linden, which connects the famous Friedrichstraße and the Brandenburg Gate. The Mariendorf Park and the summer swimming pools in Mariendorf are reachable within 5 minutes by walk. The Autobahn A100 ist 5 minutes away by car and brings you to the International Congress Center Berlin (ICC Berlin) within 15 minutes by car.
If you are interested in the history of Berlin, you are perfectly nestled. You can discover the former Airport in Tempelhof where the famous Airlift took place at the Berlin-Blockade. Or just walk down the former airfield including the runways.

One bedroom with a queen size bed and the living room with a great convertible sofa, which folds out to a convenient full bed.
In the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub (with shower attachment).
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a balcony which is perfect to have a sunny breakfast.
If you would like to receive guests or food delivery, you can use your very own intercom system at the entrance door.
There is free parking everywhere on the street, but we can also offer a free parking spot in the backyard of the building.
