Our modern apartment is located on the 2nd floor (elevator) of a quiet building in the centre of Vienna. Our 56 m², fully furnished sunny city apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons and is laid out as follows: entrance, fully equipped kitchenette, large living/dining room with large TV, DVD Player, cable TV, one double bedroom with working area and unlimited internet access , bathroom with washing machine, toilet and bidet . Final cleaning, towels and linen are all included. From the living room and from the bedroom you can access a big apartment 9m2 terrace, overlooking the quiet, green courtyard.

Bedroom: has a large double bed, spacious wardrobe and bed linen.
The kitchen: is fully equipped including electric oven, refrigerator and freezing compartment, coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary table ware and kitchen ware.
Bathroom: Has Bathtub, wash basin, Washer/Dryer, WC, bidet, hair dryer and towels. Iron/ironing board and other amenities are all provided

The apartment is located on a small residential street (side street of Gumpendorferstrasse) and is within walking distance (10 minutes) from the famous Viennese Opera, the museums, the Sacher Hotel and the very centre of Vienna. Right next to the apartment you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The famous shopping street, Mariahilferstrasse is only a 3 Minutes walk away.
The next bus stop (Esterhazygasse) is 1 minute from the apartment (13 A and 57A). The bus number 57A and 65 take you in 4 stations to the famous Parliament, Rathaus, Volksgarden and the Opera House.
The next subway station (U4 Pilgramgasse and U3 Zieglergasse) are only a 3 minute walk away and take you to the centre in only 2 stations.
