House rules

The one and only rule is to be considerate as to noise late at night,and keeping the common areas tidy and clean .
Oh and there are two lovely gentle cats in the house which won't go into your space (unless you invite them)..
Weekly discount.
Minimum stay of 3 nights.
Deposit of 120 euros upon arrival which will be returned the day you leave and hand back keys.

The have stayed at the home of Marisa was a very good decision, first of all she is lovely and make you feel at home, the apartment is very comfortable and very well located near Grace one of the most important avenues and beautiful Barcelona. I definitely recommend

Marisa is a very nice and friendly host. The flat is wonderful and beautiful designed. The appartment is perfectly located. We enjoyed the time with Marisa and will come back to visit Barcelona and to stay there.

Best-ever location, super host! If you want to feel the real vibe of Barcelona then Marisa's apartment is the best choice! I stayed with my friend for about a week and we enjoyed every second of it: sunbathing on the terrace, drinking wine and playing with 2 adorable cats :)

Marisa is a lovely person and (almost) as friendly as her two cats. If you have questions about Barcelona she will help you and give you good hints. We had a great stay at her beautiful apartment.

Marisa was a great host and the room we rented from her is absolutely beautiful. With a nice outdoor patio and a great location right in the heart of Barcelona we couldn't have asked for a better place. We enjoyed our stay, and her company, and would definitely stay again!
