Affordable and Cosy in Fordham R.2

We have felt ourselves very well!

Vanessa is a very nice, listening to the questions and the apartment is very well located, it deserve all major tourist destinations. The neighborhood is lively and perfectly safe

Pleasant stay, accommodation and room very clean. Public transport and shops very convenient. However for those who plan to carry out their activities mainly in Manhattan, the journey time is a little long (35-40 min)

Vanessa is a very nice and very available. I highly recommend this hote and especially the lovely apartment.

The room was clean and tidy. Equipment is basic but ok, the room has a tele and wireless internet is available. Vanessa is really concerned about her guests wich is very pleasant. We arrived in NY while hurricane sandy was heading towards the coastline so it took a lot of texting and calling to arrange. We experienced that Vanessa showed a lot of patience and she was very helpfulin finding solutions. When public transport is in operation, the traveltime towards Manhattan is approx. 25-35 minutes by train. Various shops are nearby. The neighbourhood seemed safe to us and is definitly not a suburb. Only positive and no negative comments from our side but keep in mind that people in the neighbourhood speak with a loud voice even during the night. It didn't bother me, but my wife woke up several times.

We had a great, easy access to downtown New York.

We were at peace with the very property, the hosts were very friendly and very hospitable to occurring. Were very helpful in linguistic and orienttierungsproblemen. We would definitely book with them again's.

Nice and safe place to stay. It is clean and quite modern. It is not too far from the center (30 min with subway). District is quite cool and hosts are friendly. The only disadvantage is that in one of the 3 rooms they offer, there is a little space between the door of the room and the wall so that the room is not completely close but we still had a really pleasant stay!

Clean spacious room, host I have unfortunately not seen since her cousin helped. You get 1 pair of towels for a week but if you ask are delivered clean.
