Our b&b is situated in a very lively, energetic and full of life area called the 'Jordaan'. Just around the corner of the Westerstraat, the 'main street' of the North Jordaan, the Latin Quarter of Amsterdam. The Jordaan is famous for all of its restaurants, bookshops and galleries.

There’s also a fully equipped kitchen available for the guests (self service).
Provided are all kinds of food and drinks such as: different kinds of breads, pancakes, fruit, yoghurt, muesli, crackers, eggs, cheese & bacon, jam. Drinks: Apple juice, orange juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
The Jordaan in general, and the Westerstraat in particular, contains many of Amsterdam’s best and most original shops, (international) bookstores, galleries, cafes, restaurants and open-air markets. This area is bustling with activities, markets, bars with terraces, nightlife, restaurants.
And it’s only ten minutes away from the Anne Frank's House, 15 minutes walk from the Dam Square and Central Station. On Mondays the street transforms into the 'Lapjesmarkt', one of Amsterdam oldest open-air markets. On Saturdays, the Noordermarkt (at the top of the street) hosts Amsterdam’s Boerenmarkt (Farmers’ Market), an organic and slow food fan’s.
Smoking is only allowed in the garden and on the balcony!
Some guests like to wake up early, some don't, please respect each other!
Kitchen use is free 24/7, but please clean up after you're dinner.
Cancellation Policy: Flexible
You will be refunded the total price minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 2 days before check-in (by 12 noon, local time). For cancellations that are made less than 2 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the cancellation fee.

The bed and breakfast is in a fantastic location, it is not far from the Anne Frank House. There are a lot of lovely shops and cafes around in the area as well as a marketplace just round the corner on Saturday mornings. The walk from the train station is not too long either - it is doable with your hand luggage quite easily.
Additionally, wi-fi is provided to all guests.The owner is very helpful and knows all the nice places around where to dine or have a drink. Additionally, he has a very sweet dog and cat.
The rooms are clean and comfortable with a great balcony upstairs and a garden downstairs. There is everything else you would expect, rooms are decorated with nice historical furniture and large and comfy beds. It is very convenient to be able to make your own breakfast in the morning, especially if You have to leave early to get to the airport.
