Attractions such as the Brandeburg Gate, Museumsinsel, Reichstag Building, Holocaust Memorial, Checkpoint Charlie and the Tiergarten are also well worth visiting and are easy to reach either on foot or with the excellent public transport system. Schöne Ferienwohnung, die genau so aussieht, wie auf den Fotos. Es gab also keine "bösen" Überraschungen vor Ort.
Zuerst hatte ich Bedenken was die Lage angeht als wir ankamen, weil direkt die S-Bahn an dieser Straße lang läuft. Allerdings ist die Wohnung im "Hinterhof" und man bekommt von der S-Bahn wirklich überhaupt nichts mit.
Des weiteren ist die Lage super zentral, 1 Min. Fußweg zur S-Bahn "Hackesche Höfe" und ca. 5 Min. Fußweg zu den Hackeschen Höfen selbst. Jede Menge Geschäfte, Supermärkte und Cafés/Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.
Leider sind die Parkkosten ziemlich hoch - aber da kann ja die Vermieterin nichts für - ist halt Sache der Stadt Berlin.
Wer mit dem Auto anreist, dem würde ich allerdings vorab empfehlen sich rechtzeitig bei der Vermieterin um die Parkvignette zu kümmern.
Diese kostet 8,- € pro Tag und lohnt sich wirklich, vor allem, weil man das Auto dann immer vor der Nase hat. Ansonsten ist im Parkhaus des Einkaufszentrums "Alexa" möglich für 10,- €/Tag sein Auto zu parken.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr warm und gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Wir haben nachts die Heizung komplett aus gehabt (draußen 10Grad) und es war sehr warm im Bett.

A very nice apartment in an excellent location - quiet, very central, and well equipped. The only downside is that it's on the ground floor which means that you will need to keep the curtains closed if you want privacy, and also close the windows/balcony door when leaving the apartment (which can get a bit hot in Summer). The handover of keys when arriving and leaving could be better organized, but overall ok.

Schöne Wohnung in günstiger Lage zwischen Hackescher Markt (S-Bahn) und Weinmeisterstr. (U-Bahn). Die Ausstattung ist gut, ich habe nichts vermisst.

Avons passé un séjour très agréable.
Logement tout confort et très propre avec magnifique balcon donnant sur une petite rue piétonnière. Sa situation tout près d'Alexanderplatz nous donne accès à un bon petit restaurant italien le Romantica et à un immense supermarché sur Alexanderplatz au premier étage de: Galeria Kaufhof en face de la gare.Le seul bémol : durant tout notre voyage c'est le seul endroit qui nous a fait payer un surplus pour les serviettes de bain. C'est sûrement à Berlin l'endroit à recommander à nos amis!

Appartement tres propre, tres proche du metro. Rien a redire la dessus. Cependant, nous avons été déçu du comportement de la personne qui nous a accueilli, en effet, celle ci etait pressé et nous a contraint a prendre un taxi afin d arriver avant qu elle parte. Dans une ville que l on ne connait pas et ou les indications sont pour le moins flous, cette dame aurait pu faire l effort de venir nous chercher a la station de metro la plus proche. Soit 300m a pied.

Fin centralt beliggende lejlighed, prisbillig i forhold til hoteller.
Meget roligt område, privat gratis parkering bag låst bom.
Lækkert køkken, billeder snyder lidt, idet der ikke er 3 værelser med dobbeltsenge.
Det ene værelse har 1 dobbeltseng, og 1 sovesofa. 1 værelse har dobbeltseng og 1 værelse har børneseng, og hims hvor voksne også kan ligge.
Vi boede 5 voksne i lejligheden.
Behagelig værtinde, der kunne både tysk og engelsk.
Lejligheden ligger få hundrede meter fra Kurfürstendam. Og tæt på U.bahn. Hele området er spækket med forskellige restauranter i alle prisniveauer.
Kan anbefales. Vi bruger helt sikkert Wimdu igen.

We could not adjust the temperature in the apartment, so I'm guessing it's centrally done. The kitchen is ideally for four persons, we managed to fit six, but had then two small children a the end of the table. There were a small balcony for smokers in the kitchen, and the apartment did not have a livingroom. But I think this is quite common for apartments in Berlin. The floors were really squeeky, and to go quiet anywhere in the morning or at night, is not possible. The bedrooms are big. The bathroom really small, and out of date. You had to hold the shower because it was not possible to hang it. I would go back to Berlin and this neghbourhood, but not this apartment. The bathrooms matters a bit for me, and if I should give it a star, I would rate it to be two-star standard. But clean, and with a wifi.
