Spectacular Studio - "Zen"

Central Studio, conveniently located near a metro station. Very quiet. Well arranged. All amenities. Specify access to the fifth floor with 120 steps to climb (or so maybe I misread the announcement ...) and the interior layout of the open door access to the building so as not to have in climbing to put the key on the day of departure! very small but beautiful and practical furnished apartment. Who is not a couple should eventually bring a second blanket. Augesprochen friendly host. Despite different languages ​​all arrangements went well and even before we got all the important information. DAs remained so during the stay: A small problem with the hot water was immediately corrected. The only drawback: The towels were drying in the small apartment poorly. Overall, we felt very comfortable and the location on the edge of Chueca was great!

Everything is perfect! Can relate to the other comments. The location is perfect central and next to the Metro 'Gran Via' location if you want times farther away than Puerta del Sol / Plaza Santa Ana & Co. Small shop for shopping and restaurants right next door. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is small, located on the 5th Floor without elevator (Schwitz!) and offers little privacy when you are not a couple. But hey, what do you expect for the price? Therefore: Price / performance is great!

The location is very well located! In the center, most attractions are within walking distance to do very well. Apartment was clean and all the necessities you need for a short stay. Small bathroom and kitchen (no dish towels anyway), so do not always practical with 2 people. Located on the last floor, no elevator, so quite a climb to the top. You have no problems with traffic at night, a quiet side street off the Gran Via. Oh, yeah flexible arrival and departure times, also a big plus! Host (Javier) reacts very quickly to all your questions :-). In short, highly recommended for short stay for couples. We had a great time in the apartment and in Madrid.

The apartment is located in an incredibly good position. You can reach everything on foot and has otherwise all around taxis, subway stations, etc. Sure, the 6th Floor costs a little overcome, but reached the top it is really cozy. It's very small and for 2 people who are not very close, maybe even a little too intimate. Because the bathroom / toilet is separated only by a non-fitting glass sliding door from the bedroom area. But otherwise everything is there that you need for a city break. Check in and out was working fine. Our door jammed but so much so that we on the 3rd Day have needed about half an hour to get to your apartment. But Gloria has assured us that the door is being repaired, so that in future there should be no problem.

We liked the appartment but you have to consider that it is a very small one. Bath and kitchen are well equipped but also small. For some people it may be interesting to know that you can look through the door of the bathroom (glass). As we were travelling as a couple, it was no problem for us. The appartment is on the 5th floor with no lift. The appartment is in between Puerta del Sol and la Gran Via, so a very good location.

great stays, very well located, clean and well amménagé. we visited madrid walk without worrying about transportation, everything is focused on hands do not dream pouver better. Only six floors can be hard after a day of walking. apartment to recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Madrid and with good legs!

It is an amazing location and a very cute and relaxed appartment. I highly recomend this appartement. We did'nt have to take any transport, because everything is to do by foot!! Amazing.

Very good stay in Madrid in the studio in a great location. Javier is a host very friendly and welcoming took the time to give us good advice on places to discover Madrid. Absolutely recommended except for elderly (5 floors without elevator)!
