The appartement is located nearby a subway, metro 4 and D are ging straight to the city, with a few stops, which is very Nice. The appartement is really Iike the pictures tell you. Although it was very cold, also in the appartement, there were enough sheets we could take, during the night. We also could use all the towels we wanted. Eric was kind. The bathroom is a bit small and the floor a bit sloppy, but for a week that was okay. I sure Will recommand this appartement!!

A great apartment. The neighborhood can be a bit shady at night, but great at day. Nice and helpful people every where. Close to the Subway, so easy to access the downtown (Grand Central - Times Square) also close to Mall's and other shopping possibilities. All in all a great experience. BR - Michael Juel - Denmark

Eric is a very nice host, the area is also ok, easy access to the subway. Apartment is very nice, the sofa bed in the kitchen reasonably comfortable.

Location is safe and well connected ... apartment is cozy for two ... host is nice and helpful ... everything a good hotel :)

My friend and I stayed for 11 days at Eric in the apartment - over Christmas and New Year! The apartment was great for the time. We had a large kitchen, which would lend itself very well to a boil, but we have to on the oven and the fridge, no more used since. In winter it is very cold there, so we kept the door closed and thus primarily was super. The bathroom is a bit small, but everything is there. The bed is large and comfortable. Every 3 days, Eric refill into the basement and water for heating. This was the first day of refilling very hot and the heater makes very funny noises! The heating system is absolutely not comparable to Germany, so it was very scary night for me. The apartment could be a little cleaner (dusty). For the arrival you will probably want something pleasant after a long haul flight! The connection with the subway (149 pc) is to achieve great and within 5 minutes. The area (Bronx) is great and I can only recommend. We thank Eric for the stay and recommend it to continue anyway. For us it was perfect and we had the "NEW YORK pass" (to win very very very emfpehlenswert to impressions in New York, despite the price) and are evening fell into bed. Thanks Eric.

Overall, it was nice to Eric, the apartment is beautiful. But unfortunately, it was very dirty. The floor was really dusty, next to the bed was an old tissue. And the stool next to the bed had rims of glasses. The kitchen was now very cold in winter, I did not use it, so it was ok. The bathroom was also ok. In terms of location, there was no problem, but please step already a metro station in front of the Yankee Stadium, otherwise you have to walk too far. Due to the lack of cleanliness, I can recommend the apartment unfortunately limited.

The place is great, very spacious. We thought it was nice to have a place of our own, with our own bathroom, kitchen and front door. We were there during Sandy, therefore it was even more important to have a safe house that feels like your own. With lots of towels and clean sheets to use. It was not very clean though, and there was only a small brush to sweep the floor. A vacuum cleaner would be nice. We had a good time here, we can recommand this place.

Eric is a very nice host... I booked his place for the Roger Waters The Wall concert. His place is Ideal for anyone going to Yankee stadium. It's just a few minutes walk from his place. I would definitely stay there again in a heart beat. My girlfriend didn't want to leave. Thanks again Eric for everything!
