Elegant two-room apartment for max 3 people (32sqm approx.) in Via della Chiesa. It is located on the 2nd floor (no lift, 27 steps) and it is composed of a living area with an equipped kitchen corner and a single sofa bed plus one double bedroom with bathroom.
A PC with a printer, scanner, copier and DVD player and LCD TV - with satellite - used also as monitor, are at guests' disposal. The ADSL connection - either Wi-Fi or wired - is included in the price. The apartment is provided with heating, air conditioning, telephone (with free national calls), hair dryer, ironing set, mocha and American coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, board games, travel guides and books. Between May and September we also provide 2 bicycles.
Where we are:
The apartment is located in the Oltrarno area, in Florence's hold centre, a few steps from Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti, next to Boboli Gardens and Santo Spirito Square. In the district you can experience the old Florentine traditions thanks to the presence of several typical shops, many craft workshops and lots of good restaurants offering Tuscan cuisine. The most interesting tourist attractions and cultural centers in town are only a few hundreds metres far from the apartment.
