Hi Ben! In the last week we were allowed to lodge in your cozy apartment on the lake road. We would like to first thank very sincerely, because we spent there really a great time. The apartment itself is very cozy and bright and the location, right on the lake road U6 is ideal when you're done on the day and just want to fall into the comfortable beds. It was the fifth person may be a small couch where you could not sleep, but despite Aufklappfähigkeit (Holz!) we preferred to therefore, to return to third in the large double bed ;). Also, the kitchen was very nice and we accomplished real gastronomic wonders with their help (which has helped us away even at the absence of a DVD player ;)). The gas stove and gas oven have in any case character although their use can sometimes be a bit moody. The particular location is perfect for a morning or evening rolls Get errands (Emperor over in the evenings on a very long time). We especially want to recommend here the unique bite at the subway station WEDDING, the incredibly delicious VÖNER sold (falafel dream)! The price performance ratio of this apartment has blew us away in any case and also helped that we came to a relatively low total cost accounting. We, 2 adults and 3 children, spent the Easter holidays 2013 in Berlin. The apartment is ideally situated at the stop lake road (2 min walk). Despite the passage room, we felt totally in the apartment. It was very cold during our stay in Berlin, but the apartment was well heated, so that we have not frozen. Thank you.

Very nice apartment and very quiet (courtyard view with a beautiful central shaft) .4 th floor without lift. Lively and friendly. Easy communication with the center.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the very flat. I gave 2 stars still in the evaluation, because the contact with the landlord was ok and the transfer went well. We had to get the key in a shop nearby and have never seen anyone get to face, but that would not have been so bad. Now to the apartment itself: In the description of those objects you have always a little reading between the lines, and much is shown in the description optimized. This is also the location of the apartment - would also be ok, because you know that as a customer. What is not, is that the description of the apartment is so inaccurate or false that one finds very different circumstances. Let me mention just a few examples: "Number of guests: 5 - plenty of room for 5 people" - there is not even a table to sit at the 5 people or 5 chairs - there are 4 chairs and a small table for 4 people in the kitchen and called to a bar in the living room. ""Real bed": There is a double bed with mattress, but it is pretty shaky, so that with every move the bed wobbles and sounds are of themselves. Otherwise, there is a large older sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room and a very simple folding bed for 1 person. "2 bedroom" is simply not true, as the convertible sofa in the living room, which is still at the same time a connecting room and access to the bedroom just about impossible (which throughout the description of the apartment is nothing). The rest of the description is very daring. The modernized bathroom is also seen relatively. Broken sink, age-WC, dilapidated tiles and grout and the shower must be in a different apartment. There is a cheap shower curtain, but a hole in the shower tray with a clear view of what is in the shower (I can do without on it). The renovation is sloppily executed and unprofessional, to the pure German bungling. The paint was painted on the wall, but only as long as it has passed. The loose sockets, lamp holder hanging from the ceiling. The floor is sanded as where you go to the floor sanding, eg under the radiators and in the corners were not cut. The kitchen countertop was prob. freehand with Stchsäge in "wave cut" cut, for a stop on the edge, it has not been served, etc., etc. Overall, the apartment was cleaned very superficial and not really clean.Since not even a brush or rag was available, one could not even help. Berlin was still nice, the weather is great, so we could spend the whole day be unterwega and had to just to sleep in the apartment. We can not spoil the holiday.

Complete, functional, in the center of Wedding located apartment. Quiet location in the back house. Check-in and out easily. It means looking for questions or problems. Kitchen practically usable and good. Overall, everything satisfactory. Parking, however, is only possible with patience.

Stay was great, on arrival at the hotel was even as a choice of shampoo, etc. + chocolates on the bed. Great attention to detail. Would book again

Cozy, neat and clean apartment very centrally located, close to U-bahn. There was surprisingly quiet, with no traffic noise.
