Beautiful Studio Apartment near Central Station

Gladly again at Willy in Amsterdam. Good location, quiet and everything is as described. Price / performance ratio is completely ok! on to Amsterdam ...

very good for the location, 10 minutes walk from Central Station and 10 minutes from the dam. apartment small but very bright because it has a large window but the bed is in the "window" to the street and from the apartment on the ground floor is visible part of the apartment, not quiet and little privacy as the walls are very thin so you can hear all (tv and voices) from neighboring apartments, apart from a blind at the foot of the bed, the curtains were almost non-existent, so in the morning at 6 am the sun lit up the room! the shower was not working, or at least we're not getting it to go ... mah ... bathroom small but well maintained, and the entrance door to the apartment very rundown ... with a kick can break down ... we say that it would be a little to fix to best accommodate the tourists, however, because it is in a great location! but in these conditions the value is too high!!! I would recommend it to those who have special needs such as ... couple of friends ... but not engaged couple!

Unfortunately I was not happy, because we got another apartment as agreed, because the landlord had made a booking error. The replacement apartement I could not see in the internet, otherwise I would not have taken it. Of the equipment, it corresponded to the German policy is not value for money. Moreover, it was so dirty that we have not felt comfortable. Immediate objections, such as the table wobbled so that no one could eat it was not resolved. We were very disappointed by the property.

Clean room and facilities in a good location. City center and main station are only short walks away, but: - Windows have cracks and leak air. - Only a thin glass with thin curtains separates the room from the downstairs apartment -> noise and little privacy

We had a nice time in Willy's apartment. The location is great and really close to the central station.The apartment has an interesting layout, it's very cozy for 2 persons. Although there is no kitchen, you can find everything else which can make your stay pleasant. There is a kettle, coffee, sugar, fridge, a washing machine with its powder, 2 towels, glasses, cups etc.It is nice and warm in the evenings which feels welcoming after a long day exploring around the city... The only thing we didn't like was the bad insulation, you can hear the neighbours very well sometimes.

Very good location for exploring the city on foot! Simple but comfortable furnishings (no kitchen, but still a few dishes and a kettle) As usual Amsteram steep and narrow staircase access. Nice service by young man who lives in the house. All in all, highly recommended for the price!

Clean little studio in lovely quiet location near canal and near the centre. Iron, shower, kettle and tea and coffee provided. Stairs into studio are steep, so not for those have difficulty climbing.

Great value! Stayed here with a friend for 4 days in July. As other reviewers posted, the location is absolutely perfect. Willy was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a lot of helpful information when we met for the key exchange. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment meets Dutch standard and the price is quite reasonable, good location, quiet, very nice owner ... happy again ....
