The location and accessibility of the apartment is excellent and the Contact the problem (because right next door). The cleanliness and the condition of various bath installations could be better. The decor of the apartment was otherwise well.

The e-mail contact with the hosts worked flawlessly and quickly. He was very helpful and freundlich.Die location of the apartment is ideal because it is not far to the sights (4Stationen by tram) and Taksim, the city district where life pulsates (300m walk). The beautifully furnished apartment exceeded Beschreibung.Es hung curtains on the Fesnstern beautiful, beautiful pictures on the wall. The beds were a good size, only the shower was not in Betstzustand. We had five of us (3 adults and 2 children) plenty of space .. It was all set, we felt right at home. There were NO negative surprises, extra costs, etc. We can make this apartment and the hosts recommend.

We had a great stay in this really roomy and comfortable apartment. The location is perfect for getting to all the sites. It's just a quick walk to the Tram 1 line that leads directly to many important monuments. The owner arranged for our transfers from and back to the airport and they went smoothly (even the pick up at 4:30 before our flight back). The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. And it was stocked with all kinds of amenities (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, hair dryer, even laundry soap)! We used all of the kitchen appliances and everything worked perfectly. But this apartment is not for light sleepers. The double bed squeaks when you move on it and there is a good deal of traffic noise at night. Turning on the air conditioning in that room (which hums softly) helped to tune out some of the noise outside. The room with the bunk beds and one of the twin-bed rooms are away from the street and quieter. Thanks for a great stay! We really enjoyed it.

Turhan was a very pleasant hosts. The organization and communication worked great. Thank you for organizing the transfers from the airport to the apartment and for the late check-out time. That was very nice, because our flight was not until 19.00 clock from Istanbul. I subtract a star for the location of the apartment. It needs 90 minutes to the historic city center (bus, metro, tram). The apartment was well equipped. The bathroom had some mold in the grout. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil and salt were available. If we ignore the long travel time, the apartment was ideal and inexpensive for 4 people.

First l want to thanks the owner. I couldn't ask for better place to be with my friend from childhood. It was a very nice experience. The local people is just amazing the place itself is marvellous. I do recomend for anyone... We have very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment with the convenience of home.. It really did feel like we were living like an Istanbulian during our visit.. The location was amazing just a 5 min walk from Glata Tower, Istaklal Street where the shopping area, and many cafes, restaurants, bars, night life activities awaits ( Taksim area) safe neighborhood and a nice nearby small supermarket for all your essentials.. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking to taste a bet of how people live in Istanbul with all its sights and sounds right at your foot step when you walk out the door.. If your staying a week then its even cheaper than staying in a hotel for sure. We had a very good amazing rate.. Great value for the price we paid. Apartment is so clean and perfect.Thanks a lot.We will come again

It was quite, practicle setup. Bathroom needs a uplift - remove wallpaper and put new wall tiles. The Office is just nearbye, so the service for towels or any missing things was done very quick. The Appartment is just a few minutes from the Tram, so we had a real good time in Istanbul.

We wanted to write and thank you for making our trip to Istanbul so easy and enjoyable. The Silent Balcony apartment was even more beautiful and functional than pictured on the Internet, and the neighborhood was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk to Taksim, the fruit market and grocery stores, the bank, and all the restaurants and cafes. In addition, it was easy to catch a cab to anywhere from the top of our street, which was important since my husband is disabled and uses a cane and wheelchair. Please send along our special thanks to Arif. He was so helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests. Also, the transportation from and to the airport worked perfectly. We will definitely direct our friends and associates to FUAREV apartments if they are planning a trip to Istanbul. If your looking for somewhere that's not flashy but comfortable we would highly recommend this apartment. Istanbul was absolutely fantastic, the people were kind and helpful.
