House rules

Smoking allowed outdoors.

I serve French press coffee in the morning but not breakfast. There are tons of food/restauant options within a block or two of this location at any time of the day or night.

Cleaning fee $25 per stay or week depending on duration of stay.
Each guest after first is $25 extra. The room will accomodate two adults and perhaps a young child comfortably.

* Any additional overnight guests must be pre- authorized by host. All accommodations are offered to booked guests only unless other arrangements have been made prior to or during your stay. Base room rate is for single occupancy. There will be a charge for additional guests.

Awesome,more awesome,Suzan! I didnt know what to expect when i booked the room.but my first thought was that it felt like like home when i went into my room at suzans House! It is a beautiful house in a beautiful area!suzan was one of the nicest hosts i ever met and i enjoyed every Single Day during my stay. Always when i asked questions she really tried to help me and always answered my questions very detailed. The bed was really comfortable and the room very big.i could also use every single other room in the House too.suzan did a great Job and there is nothing i could critizise about my stay in her House! There are Lots of Restaurants,Cafés,Bars and Supermarktes in that area. The next time i will definitely stay there again!

We had a really nice time staying with Suzan and her house is an absolute gem! This is much more than your average apartment - amazing decor, lots of facilities and a very comfortable bed! The location is good too, close to lots of antique shops, bars, cafes, and public transport is accessible. Suzan is a lovely host, helpful and knowledgable... We wouldnt hesitate staying again should we find ourselves in LA again.
