House rules

. All rooms and bedrooms in this house are smoke free. You can sit outside, smoke under the covered terrace.
. Bringing pets is available upon request.
. At the end of the lease term, the leased premises with all the keys are completely cleared and returned undamaged.
. Lost keys and damage in all rooms must be compensated replaced.
. A further sub-lease or other transfer for use to third parties, not the guest allowed. The court jurisdiction is the place.
. Use of washing machine: € 3.00, dryer: € 2.50
. Even if the guest room is not used. To relet, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed use full time.

Great place with great rooms and very nice hosts! Definitely recommended!

The room was ok. The rest was impossible, 8 subjects had a bathroom with a!! Share toilet. The "host" was gone and there were no fresh towels even the bathroom was cleaned - not to mention the rest of the rooms throughout. Even the coffee and the cups were absolutely filthy! And at a price absolutely overpriced!! Church can truly!!

Was not able to check into the room with Olaf because I got sick shortly before the voyage was. I'll catch up but determined, as Olaf wants to come to me the next time with the award. What I was very happy :-) Really a very likeable host :-)) soon Greetings from Cologne .... Olaf and up! Katharina

Very nice host, room was maintained as in the pictures, and clean. Good transport links ... only 5min walk to the bus stop.

Olaf I found a pleasant open nd relaxed atmosphere. The bed is perfectly comfortable, you live in the countryside. Still in her dressing gown I have with my teacup stood in the park and listening to the birds. And in Hamburg ... Thank you!
