A fully furnished two-room apartment which was newly renovated, with a kitchen, bathroom, a living room, a comfy sofa, a new flat screen TV and a relaxing and comfortable dining area. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities including a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and oven (including pots, pans and dishes, etc.) The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). A large wardrobe is also available for use. There is an underground parking space, which is free of charge. In addition, you have free use of mobile internet (via Surf-Stick).
Heidelberg is a city that is full of attractions, a city that you will fall in love with. Take a walk through the winding medieval cobbled streets in the city centre or rather stroll by the idyllic river. The Jesuitenkirche, Heiliggeistkirche (Gothic church) or the Haus zum Ritter (Knights house) are just of the few of the sights you will encounter on your trip to Heidelberg. Perhaps you would prefer to spend the day walking in the countryside along the ‘Philosophenweg’ or a ride on the mountain railway? You can also enjoy a drink or something to eat at one of the many bars and restaurants in the city.
Cancellation is the tenant entitled to a compensation claim, and as follows:
To 42 days before arrival: 20%, 41 to 10 days 80%, 9 to 0 days before arrival 90%.
