House rules

Respect the arrival time and call us when you arrive.

Do not ring the bell when you arrive at the gate! We do not live there and there is no reception! You will make the other people that lives there angry!

There will be an extra cost of 20 Euro for check-in after 21:30 and we do not accept check-in after midnight.

Do not smoke in the apartment. There will be an expulsion from the apartment for anyone that breaks this rule.

Very nice apartment, very close to the train, so it is easy access to the center of Rome very quickly. The apartment is very nice, and a very nice terrace, but it is difficult to make because of the fast track located just down the apartment. Windows closed, however, it is quite bearable. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

Very warm welcome from Karen. The apartment was A.The description. We liked the location near the train station and parking inside the property. In 20 minutes we were in the city center. We are very satisfied.

Very warm welcome. Apartment conveniently located near urban transport. The apartment is in the description and has a beautiful panoramic view of the Tiber, and on the device and the path of the railway located against bas.A because of noise, recommended for winter stays.
